The website stated that they bring fresh pumpkin muffins to your table. I was really excited about this. We went on a Friday morning and checked in. The host (an older gentleman) reminded me of someone that worked at a funeral home as he was not energetic or smile with a greeting. We were seated and sat there for quite a while. The room they put us in was a little darker than I like. When the waitress finally came to our table, which felt like forever we ordered our drinks and food at the same time asking for our condiments as well when ordering. She brought the muffins out and there were two little bite size muffins on a plate with two balls of butter (very disappointing). The butter was almost bigger than the muffins. I ordered the Shaker breakfast, and my husband ordered the biscuits and gravy. We each ordered a sweet tea to drink. The food came out with no drinks or condiments in which we had asked for. We had to remind her of our drinks, condiments etc. and my husband asked for some more water. The food overall was really good. However, our waitress never came back to check on us or to see if we needed anything. The restaurant wasn't busy and the other server in the area was very attentive to her customers offering them more muffins, drinks etc. I even made the comment to my husband that I wished she had been our waitress. Make sure to ask for butter and jam for your biscuit as they were a little dry to eat on its own but like I said our waitress never came back to check on us so I couldn't ask. The water my husband asked for never came until we were completely done with our food at that point, we were ready for the check. The waitress brought a pitcher of water, and we asked for our check.
