The mole had so much flavor, and was already talking about wanting them again. We also had margaritas. I had one on the rocks and my spouse had a frozen margarita. Both were delicious and, thankfully, they weren't shy with the tequila. Definitely a good margarita! What really stood out to us, though, was the hospitality. Their flour tortilla is the choice here, and I believe it is Sonoran style: good enough to just eat by itself. My absolute favorite was the barbacoa ($3.25), very tender stewed beef with added onion and cilantro...not meant to be a breakfast taco I think. The other 3 tacos I tried did have egg. The potato & egg ($3.25) had big chunks of potato and plenty of egg: very filling not particularly tasty. The chorizo and egg ($3.25) was was prepared together, with the small chorizo pieces mixed in with the egg. And the fajita and egg ($4.79) used two slices of skirt steak flavored with fajita flavoring...for my preference, works better in skillet fajitas than in a breakfast taco.
