Great food. Great prices. Great place for tacos and bbq. Go to this place and order a lot of food. Go early before they run out of your favorites!!

I had their pollo and asada tacos

I had their pollo and asada tacos and let me tell you... they know what they're doing! The map took us somewhere down the road so it wasn't very easy to find but it was worth the effort. DELICIOUS

Currently at $2/taco, I ordered cabeza (beef cheek) and carne asada (they were out of lengua...bummer). Absolutely delicious.

Dropped in for a quick lunch. Don't let the run down exterior fool you. There's a master inside putting out some seriously great street tacos. They were out of lengua, so I subbed a pair of carne asada alongside a pair of cabeza. This + a Jarito was a little over $10. Filling and delicious, each taco was like eating baby angels. The cabeza melts in your mouth and the carne asada (finely diced and griddled) had a great tender/crispy contrast. The salsa toppings were on point, too. The owner tends to a smoke box out the back door, and I've read great reviews on the chicken...next time! At 6'6"/250 and packin', I can handle myself, so I had no concerns on the local substance abusers (they're abundant), but this is probably NOT a place to wander around the neighborhood after dark. That said, the interior of this place is clean, the service is prompt, and the food is spectacular.

On my way through town, I picked this place off yelp due to the strong reviews. We show up and it looks like a war torn-area of 1980s Beirut. Homeless encampments, crumbling concrete structures all graffiti'ed up. My wife's like "no f*ckin way I'm going in there". I soldier on. Inside this unstable taco shack is a family with kids. A mom cranking out fresh tortillas and a guy doing the meats. Kids running around entertaining themselves. A very dark seating area. Anyway none of it matters because the tacos are fantastic. The rice and beans were fantastic. I spent like $14 and barely finished my food. My wife - a delicate flower type - waited in the car as suspicious characters loitered in the neighboring tent city. As far as she was concerned, we couldn't leave fast enough. Unless you are very adventurous I'd say this place is TO GO! Not a place I'd take a date for prom by any stretch. No fabric napkins and pinkies in the air. But hey -- the tacos are great!

Three spicy pork tacos, a side of ribs, and a Mexican Coke.

This place is sooooo good. The tacos (especially the spicy pork) and ribs were some of the best I've had in ages. The people are amazingly friendly and the prices very affordable. Anyone driving through Yakima should stop here. Bring cash!

To say "authentic Mexican" is an understatement. I used to work in Juarez and eat at similar little places like this. Food is great. There are some tables inside but they are semostly for takeout orders. Would be tough to have a "sit down" dinner. Real bbq, smells amazing. CASH only

Lengua and cabeza tacos. Spicy salsa. Beans and rice.

Like the other reviews say, dont let the decor dissuade you from eating here. Food was excellent. Had cabeza and lengua tacos. Beans and rice were excellent as well. Dare I say the beans could compete against the beans in Pasco (gold standard of beans).

It was hard to find their new location. The building doesn't look like a restaurant so we waited for a couple of other people to go in and out before venturing inside. Super nice family running it. We were not disappointed with the food!! Wonderful smoked ribs and Carne Asada quesadilla. We loved it and would go again!! They only take cash. Attaching photo of outside.

Don't judge a book by it's cover and don't sleep on Los Panchos. A family run taco stand (shack) that just makes great food. The salsas are housemade by the matriarch and have great flavor without overpowering and I'm talking about the habanero salsa. The quesadillas a robust and flavorful. Also, I love a place that makes pickled carrots freely available with your meal.

Now it is the end on June, 2024 and I am back in Yakima. I saw the Yelp review had been updated three months ago with new hours. As today is Friday and they were to be open from 11:00 AM, I went by to check it out. Nope, still *CLOSED* up. But the back door was open, so I stuck my head in and hollered "Hello?". To my surprise the effervescent (if you have listened to her voice mail greeting you will know what I mean) Miz Dee hollered back! Turns out , that after 31 years, she has turned the business over to the kids. Hence the new name "All About BBQ & More (Miz. Dee's Next Generation)". She told me the kids decided to focus on catering and events rather than retail sales and that is why there isn't much going on at the sticks and bricks. She apparently does come in once in a while to cook, But it isn't often. She did tell me to call a few days before I am in town and she would cook something for me. A generous offer indeed. P.S. Since I was hungry both times I went there, I wound up at Winey Dogs (https://winey-dogs.com/) right next door. Great dogs and a really nice couple who own/operate the business. I highly recommend the dogs and them. Oh yea, four legged dogs are welcome here!.

One evening everybody had a hankering for some barbecue and so we decided to grab some BBQ to go. This place is located just off the main drag in Selah right after you get into town. It's pretty well the definition of a dive bar. Not necessarily in the ironic hipster Way, but in the trending to old west way. There's a decent amount of seating, They appear to have a good number of TVs, and The woman working there was very nice. It's also the sort of place that it wouldn't surprise me to read one day at a giant bar fight broke out and then everybody, after being bloodied and bruised, all get up and had a beer together. We had a smattering of Different things of the menu including the ribs, some pulled pork and The pork belly nuggets. All of the meats were delicious and the pork belly nuggets were a total hit! We're never big fans of coleslaw or beans, and these ones were just OK, just like everyone else's. The one knock I have against this place is that they didn't have corn bread. When you're serving barbecue, you got to have corn bread! Otherwise, the place was solid. As stated above, it's probably the sort of spot you're going to be more excited to get takeout at, unless you're into the mash up of biker bar and cowboy bar. If that's your dig, this is another place you should visit!
