My wife and I came here for the first time, excited to try this restaurant. We were the only customers there, so we expected a welcoming experience. We walked in with a great attitude, greeted everyone, and politely asked for a table for two. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the service was cold and unwelcoming. Our waiter from Los 2 Potrillos came across as very dry, serious, and uninterested in serving us. After we sat down, we asked what kind of food they served since it was our first visit. Instead of responding in a friendly or helpful way, she looked at us with an annoyed expression and answered in a tone that made us feel like we were bothering or interrupting her. No customer should feel uncomfortable for asking a simple question, especially on their first visit. A friendly attitude and basic customer service go a long way, and sadly, we did not experience that here. To make matters worse, the food was not impressive enough to make up for the poor service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone until they improve their customer service and how they treat their guests. read more

Great Mexican food. My favorites are the grilled fish tacos, burritos and tortas. The portions are always huge and the quality is great. Their chips and salsa are the best!
