Problem is, some of customers pull the shoeboxes out and then don't put them back where they belong. Isaiah approached us, almost immediately, asking if he could help? Considering it was Christmas shopping season; he's the most cheerful person I've run into in a long time; it was refreshing. I asked if they were on commission? He replied "No". That really surprised me. Sales people generally tend to work a little harder, when they're on commission as opposed to a salary. He assisted us and found what she was looking for in her size and style. Also like having a personal shopper. We continued to look around a little, just in case she found something she liked better. There is plenty of stock on hand in a variety of price points and styles. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful, cordial, and professional. Checking out was quick and efficient.

I was in town for around Thanksgiving and went there during Black Friday shopping. THis UGG Outlet…read moreseemed to have the longest lines in the whole Woodbury Outlets, it wrapped around a few places. There were some good deals but I also wanted to point out that the staff were friendly even during a stressful workday. They had a Cocoa station which they brought out to some of the people waiting in line, I thought that was pretty thoughtful considering I definitely waited in line close to an hour. My wife or I didn't event up purchasing anything but the experience was pretty good.

Polos were $119, though at some discount depending on the pattern. Definitely not too far from the regular retail, though, so I'm not sure coming during regular times is much of a deal. Bargain hunting here is a must. Will have to pop by during a holiday sale to see if it's better.

It has nothing to do with the overall company, it's just that by the way of trying on other brands I have discovered that RL's clothes do not fit me as well as I first thought. Nevertheless, I still own and wear a few RL pieces, and always take the time to explore this outlet store whenever I make a trip to Woodbury Common. This RL outlet is huge, and I'll be honest even after visiting multiple times I still don't know my full way around. They have a large selection of both men's and women's clothing, and their inventory is always plentiful. Note that the children's section is housed in its own store, not too far away. I've purchased multiple pairs of jeans from this outlet as well as sweaters, t-shirts, and other miscellaneous pieces. I've found everything to be of high quality, lasting through years of wear. However, like any outlet store, you have to search to find the goods - those solid color t-shirts for example don't last as long as the graphic tees. Also, it's hard to shop at outlets looking for something specific, it's better to go in with an open mind and sees what speaks to you. Staff is friendly and always willing to help, and there is always a good amount of employees at checkout which makes the whole process efficient. While I wouldn't go to the RL Outlet looking for something super specific, there's enough here for you to find at least one item to pick up. Happy shopping =)

Well the customer had enough common sense to follow her instincts "this is not for me", despite urges from the saleslady to the contrary. Meanwhile, I poked around on my own, never once asked what I was looking for, while the declassee gum-chomping saleslady catered exclusively to the other woman. After looking at all the lines they offer, I knew my dress was there! I immediately called for an appointment and made the 3 hour drive the very next day. I was greeted by Rafael and Suzanne who were amazing and very knowledgeable. I gave them my price cap and they were great about sticking to that. I tried on at least 12 dresses! More than any other store I had been to previously. I couldn't believe it.. after going to store after store and seeing the same old Mother of the Bride dresses and looking online at the major department stores, here I was looking at all these gorgeous dresses that I had never seen before. After I found THE dress, I wanted a particular color and neckline. They contacted the designer and got all the info I needed to seal the deal. Because of their expert measuring, all my dress needed was hemming. And the fee for alterations was very reasonable considering all the work the seamstress had to do. My daughter just got married and I felt so special in my dress. I could not be happier! Elephant's Trunk is now my go-to store for ANY future formal events I may have in the future. I received a call a atcthe end of January that my dress will arrive duri the 1st week of May. I called at the end of April and was told it will arrive on May 7. I called on May 7 and was told to follow up on May 8. Nobody called my on May 8, so I ca again and was told it may arrive that afternoon. Despite asking to get a call that afternoon, I didn't get one. I called again at 5:45 and was told that the dress did not arrive and it's unclear where it I s. The owner said she will follow up on Monday. I go a call on Monday that the dress was NOT shipped yet from Italy. She asked me if I wanted to get an express shipping which I refused! She told me to come in on Wednesday morning to try the floor model and have it adjusted (that was on May 13!) As the zipper may be worn for a redux price. I had to go to another place. I would recommend to stay away from this shop if you want to have a peace of mind!
