Has to be the perfect pizza ever! We ordered the Supreme, and WOW... this pizza was seriously amazing! Every single bite had that perfectly crunchy, crispy crust that I LOVE. And the toppings? The perfect combination of sausage, green peppers, banana peppers, onions, and pepperoni -- the little cup kind! But what really blew me away was the crust. How did they get the entire bottom perfectly crisp without burning it, while also keeping the top perfectly cooked?! Seriously... WOW. The flavors, the texture, the toppings -- everything just came together perfectly. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, too! Can't wait to go back for more! If you're wondering whether it really was that good... YES. It really was PERFECT! read more

Lorenzo's Pub & Pizza - Perfect Supreme Pizza! - Pizza Near Me - McMurray, Pennsylvania

Awesome spot, especially in the summer with the outdoor area they have. The outside has a tv and a play area for kids. Perfect spot for some good food and drinks. We had the hot pepper cheeseballs to start with their regular and spicy ranch. The ranch is some of the best you'll ever have. The pepperoni pizza was incredible as well. Similar to Fioris style, but better. Perfect crisp and fresh ingredients. My wife had the buffalo chicken salad and that was also delicious. Our server, Emma was also great. Awesome experience overall. Will definitely be back. read more

Super friendly staff. Delicious meatballs! Good house salad (great value!). Love this place!

It looked like it was low business on the outside until we got inside and the place is hopping! The steak pizza was awesome. I would totally go back. read more

Their plain cheese pizza is amazing. Light, crispy crust. I also enjoyed their grilled buffalo chicken salad and delicious ranch dressing. I can't wait to go back soon. read more

I placed a take out order and the guy on the phone was very nice. My food was done in a timely manner. I went in for pick up and the place was nice and clean. There aren't a lot of tables but there is a really big and spacious bar that would be nice to sit at. We got a large pizza, half pep half sausage and it was huge for a large! We also got a medium buff chicken to try and it was delicious and I would get that again next time I order! read more

Great food- great service! Love the buffalo chicken pizza. Would definitely recommend

Incredible pizza great food every time, including salads. Regulars can get on the beer club and get extra beer.!

We like their pizza and apps. The Greek salad was huge and delicious too. It's one of the better pizza shops in the area. They're easy to order from online. The have a small bar and eat in area. We sometimes have a drink when picking up food. They're always nice and service is quick. read more

Rating just on the steak & cheese hoagie which is the only thing I ever get cause it's so unbelievable. I've never had bread toasted like that and I love that it isn't a traditional steak & cheese. Just lettuce, tomato, mayo, & cheese. I'm being completely serious, if I could only eat one more thing in my life it would be this sandwich (& a piece of Bethel Bakery cake). I haven't lived in Venetia for 23 years, but every time I visit I get one of these per day I'm there. read more

Terrific pizza, excellent beer, cozy atmosphere (especially the outdoor area), good prices, and fun staff. What's not to like? The best place for pizza in the Peters township area. read more

We stopped in here after seeing this place on Local Flavor. The white pizza was amazing and the rest of our party really liked the meat lover's pizza. We also ordered a Greek salad, which was great. They did not skimp on the feta and veggies, which I appreciated. The staff was super nice and the patio area looked great, but we sat inside due to the temperature outside. We will definitely return. read more

Love their pizza just like everyone else does!! Worth the trip for sure....small dining area but worth the wait

Ate lunch with friends. Had a pizza and split an Italian hoagie. Best hoagie I have had in a long time. They do not skimp on the meat and the bread is perfect. Pizza was excellent. read more

Lorenzo's is a great family place for take-out, delivery or eat-in. I tried dry rub wings on Friday and they were served perfectly crisp, piping hot, and had great flavor. The homemade blue cheese dressing on the side was delicious too. I will definitely be back! read more

We decided to try because of a decent yelp. We were not disappointed at all! We got a medium pizza and a large calzone. The medium was big! And it was delicious! The flavor of the crust was fantastic! The sausage was crumbled and had great flavor. The calzone was AMAZING! The dough was cooked to perfection! It tasted like it had a bit of butter on the top. They did not skimp on the filling either! It was so thick! It comes with sauce but honestly I didn't need it. The meats and cheeses were out of this world. We were very satisfied and will be returning! read more

The food is good. They might forget about your pizza, like leave it in the oven or not cook it at all....but....it's really good pizza if and when you get it! They try, just a little disorganized. read more

Had their pizza for the first time due to a fundraiser for Peter's HS and everyone liked it. Had a delicious martini while I waited that was the bartender's original recipe. Yum! read more

This is such a diamond in the rough! They have a nice outdoor patio and we were able to watch the Penguins game and enjoy great food and some good beer. The zucchini appetizer is very good, sliced like silver dollars and not planks which was a nice change of pace. The ranch they make there is unbelievable and I highly recommend getting that with the appetizer. I've had their pizza, chicken wings and the Stromboli's, everything was great. read more

OMG! Food was awesome! We picked up fish sandwiches and pizza. Both were delicious. Sandwiches were enormous. My wife and I could barely finish one sandwich. French fries were great too! We will definitely be heading back to this location. read more

Lorenzo's Pub & Pizza - Outdoor patio is now open!! Great place to gather - Pizza Near Me - McMurray, Pennsylvania

The woman owner is absolutely rude! I went in to support the business, and ordered lunch to eat in from a nice, friendly gentleman. A woman, whom I never met, ( I don't even know her name), came over to me, and just started ranting and berating me. I told her I didn't like the conversation, and she told me she didn't want me as I customer. Really? I never saw her before, and I am fairly new to the area! I paid, took my food to go, sans tip and left. Unprofessional! I don't deal with rude people, and she is one, know it all, abusive woman. It is sad that she exhibits such behavior to someone she has never met before. The previous owners were great. I don't know the new owners, but she was just rude... there are other great pizza and hoagie places around, that aren't nasty to their customers for no reason. When I left and out the door, she was still yelling! Wow just wow! Having a bad day? keep it to yourself! I am so not interested in your drama. I will go where I am treated well and respected. She needs to learn manners/ kindness and professional business ethics. Good Luck! read more

Out of Towner looking for a great spot for pizza and a sandwich. Heard this place was a great hidden gem and it didn't disappoint! Ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and the pizza was LOADED with pepperoni, it was excellent. I also got a cheesesteak with onions and let me tell you, this was packed with meat, flavorful cheese, the right amount of onions, all stuffed inside a crusty roll. People don't realize how a roll can sometimes make or break a sandwich, and this roll was great. Will definitely be going again!!! read more

Excellent pizza. I have been coming here for over a year for lunch. Pizza by the slice. Thin crust. Crumble sausage. Great sauce. Again, this is my FAVORITE pizza in the South Hills. Beer on tap yellow. Liquor. My favorite on this end of town. Prices VERY reasonable! These guys are very friendly and I always enjoy stopping by. read more

We ordered take out from Lorenzo's this weeks. The pizza and wings were super. Loved that they served the whole wings. Sauce was spicy without being overly so. High point was the calzone, which was stuffed with meat and cheese. They recently changed owners and they are renovating the dining room so they are only doing takeout till mid Feb. read more

I want to love this place. Seems like a nice family run restaurant with a great patio but the cheese on the pizza is so chewy :( I was actually afraid to give it to my three year old for fear she would choke. If they could just change the pizza recipe a bit we would love to be able to frequent this place. Slightly thicker crust so the pizza stands up a bit better while eating and not so chewy cheese. read more

Definitely a $ - 1 dollar sign; not sure why someone put four dollar signs. Family used to come here all the time until they started burning the pizzas. The bottom of the crust would always come back black...needless to say... Inside could use some remodeling. Hard seats and tables. No ambience. read more

I always give places a second chance which I did. I will never go back. The food is awful. First time my white pizza with chicken was dry and burnt. Second time we got a steak calzone. It was almost inedible. The filling was barely any steak, and subpar filling. The side of sauce was brown in color. Read Johnny T review of the steak calzone. It is spot on. The new owners are NOT living up to Genos level of cooking and standards. The store needs to close! read more

Incredibly disappointing. Have enjoyed this establishment's food for several years and anticipated that quality would be similar under new ownership. Placed an order last weekend and none of it was right. Quality was also very poor. The phone system is even awful. New owners may want to call own shop during a busy Friday night and experience it for themselves. Won't be back. read more

We've been loyal Lorenzo's customers for over 15 years and were more than upset to hear that the previous owners had sold the place, but decided to give the new owners a try in the hopes that little had changed. Unfortunately our worst fears were confirmed when, after waiting over an hour and a half for a pickup order, we received a piping hot box of disappointment. I was utterly disheartened upon slicing into the calzone we ordered to discover that the new owners have decided to start nickel and diming us on the calzone meat. What was once a hearty and delicious weekly treat was reduced to a bready shell of its former self. As if the Subway-level meat portions weren't enough, they also decided to nix the ricotta, turning our calzone into a stromboli. I'm shocked and saddened at the parsimonious direction the new owners are taking with a beloved local pizza joint. read more
