Yesterday we took Bella in for her annual check up and some vaccines. The doc we had wasn't one we had before but she literally spent less than 5 minutes with us. Didn't ask us any questions. Just was quick, administered the vaccines and took off and her tech took over the rest. $80 for what? It's not like she was super busy,overbooked or behind. Appointments are what? 30 mins? I even made a comment to the tech how crazy quick that was and she replied saying well we don't want to keep you here all day. I get that and appreciate that. But 5 mins? Just the lack of any sense the doc cared is what bothered me the most. We live in a 15 mile radius of 8 Lovet locations so I guess we will try another location next time. Suggestion for the App developers: Please add the dogs vaccine history and transaction history on our profiles. It will help allow us that have to budget to plan our expenses better.
