I pulled in the lot a half hour before they open (open at 7:30am). Even in a blizzard, there are folks lining up outside the door 10+ minutes before they open. With a handicap, you might not be able to stand in line for 20 minutes. It would be a great thing to have some number system or way to make an appointment (where that doesn't evolve into a half day thing for an oil change). 2. The parking lot is always choked full of cars. And driving in circles to find a spot isn't the easiest in this lot. Still, this is a great place in terms of value and quality of work.

I'll admit that I am kind of a high maintenance customer, calling repeatedly to check the status, costs, etc., but they never make me feel like a nuisance! My most recent with them came experience on 1/10/15, I had been having trouble with my car for a few months -- unreliable heat, some shakiness on acceleration, etc. but on this day, I was on my way to the store early morning when my car started smoking from every orifice -- hood, tail, smoke even coming in to the car. Temperature gage shot way up to red, heater started blowing ice cold air and the windows were covered in a layer of frost. Re-routed to go straight to AW! When they tried to start my car and bring it in to the shop to take a look, it would not even start. At this point, I cleaned out the car (2005, 120K mile Honda) and made arrangements to borrow a car from my parents until I could go out and get a new one. Figured Michelle would be calling me with an astronomical repair cost and I would just take whatever I could get for parts. THREE DAYS LATER I picked up my car -- paid the $300 needed to replace a part and happily drove off in a vehicle that was driving like a new car! These guys are seriously top-notch!

There is almost no company or business I can think of that is better at customer service. If I was to right a dissertation on a PHD for "What makes a small business great" it would be about these guys. 1. They never lie to me. I trust them so much that I literally tell them "yes" to anything they say needs to be done to my car. This is due to them building up trust with me over the years to where I don't need to think about if they are trying to rip me off or not. They can see this review, so next time they see me, they COULD rip me off but I know they won't. 2. The customer service skills - they always seem to remember who I am the moment I say my name, even if I have not talked to them in over a year. Now, look at the attached picture. They literally filled out my mail-in-rebate for the tires I got from them. They even included the stamp!! They didn't have to do it, but they offered it without me asking and took care of it for me. 3. Loyalty. Read the other reviews on here. There is one guy who says he drives from Des Moines, IA because he refuses to go anywhere else. That's what it means to be loyal to a business. Came here on July 2 /2026 the guy working on my car cross threaded the flange bolt and putting it…read moreto close to the cat burnt my cat armor from bank one and o2 sensor bank one downstream . only had a code p0430 because bank 2 flange bolts was broken off I brought my own donut gaskets for bank 2 just to replace it but looks like they didn't change it just put the gray RTV all around it to seem like they replaced it . It was a short guy next to the door of the waiting room. They just cut the flange bolts and call it a day and said the o2 sensor are not damaged even tho there a burnt mark next to the wires
