The only fee mentioned was a $99 assessment fee that would be waived if we approved the work. We were charged $300 (!!!) for disconnecting a sink that took a total of 15 minutes. We were later told "whoops we forgot to mention it" and "it's their minimum fee." If there's a $300 minimum charge for a stupid simple job customers should be told upfront. We discussed what I wanted done today, gave me a quote and got right to work. He updated the washing machine plumbing and he said he would send me an estimate for the rest of the work which I would love to have updated. I loved what he did and what he would like to see updated. He was done quicker than I expected and I said I would let him know about the further updating of demo of sink etc. He was wonderful and he made me feel like he really cared about what I was dealing with health wise with the old plumbing. He's a great guy and I will call him when I am ready to finish the entire job but for today I love what we did and his work! I was super pleased!!!
