Okay, fine, no big deal. He agreed to come do the work on 7/22/26 at 8 AM. 7/22/26 - I am at work and my husband is at home waiting him and no show so far. I reach out at 9 AM and he said his trailer is getting fixed and will be out by 1 PM. 1 PM rolls around and he texts me to say he will be another hour late, but can at least do the power washing. I reminded him I did not agree to do the power washing (I should have confirmed earlier), so he said he has to reschedule. After that, silence. 7/24/26 - I finally asked if he is still planning on doing the work and he said he can do it on 8/1/26. Well, today is 8/1 and I never heard back from him.
