I got my usual Tonkatsu Ramen, and I'm pretty much gluten-free now so I got it with the rice noodles instead of normal Ramen noodles so not as good as the Ramen noodles but everything else in the soup is great. It's pretty common to get a ton of noodles with Ramen, but I almost wish they could cut them in half and give you more broth. I might try asking for that next time or see if it's an add-on option. We also got the popcorn chicken, the crab Rangoon's, and a spicy crab roll. Crab Rangoon's were some of the best I've ever had with lots of filling in them. Spring rolls really delicious flavor, the spicy crab roll really good and the braised beef Ramen had a nice clove flavor to it. Beef not the best cut of meat. Almost like stew beef? Popcorn chicken pretty flavorful. Could maybe use a sauce with it. They brought out duck sauce for us, but it didn't really go with that chicken. Nice ambience in here. I usually get takeout, but this was my second time dining in and was a nice experience.

We got a hot taro drink and I heard the milk being microwaved behind where we were sitting. The taro was extremely artificial and difficult to drink through the straw. Unfortunately, after a few sips, it went in the trash. The second drink was another non caffeinated option. I liked the coconut milk, but wasn't sure about the rest of the drink. The jellies were interesting and the flavor... indescribable. I finished this drink though. I liked the ambiance but wish I could get a refund for this drink order.

My husband ordered a strawberry slush because he doesn't like boba; he wasn't aware his drink would have boba included. We will definitely return if in the area.

She got a make your own Poke bowl and for $15 ($1.75extra for avocado) there was a lot in there. Tuna, spicy salmon, seaweed salad, mango, edamame sushi rice and a bunch of other fresh goodness. The best part was the quality of ingredients for a very timid place. I got a signature roll and asked them to add fresh thin jalapeños within it. Wonderful accommodating service and Absolutely delicious. We ate there because I really don't like taking sushi home. It was pretty cold outside so we had our coats on even when inside, but like I said before, the price and more importantly the tasty quality more than made up for It. Very impressive and a wonderful addition to Hamden for a quick sushi pick up.

We have people over and ordered a handful of ramen noodles. EVERY single one of us is disappointed. Egg - Never had an egg THIS overdone in my entire life. Beef - overcooked, chewy, flavorless. Broth - completely bland, may as well be water. Again, I'm completely mind blown that this place has such high ratings. I'm *actually* annoyed we spent our money on this. A package Maruchan or Buldak has WORLDS of flavor more than this. In fact... of the 4 people who ordered from here, 2 of them asked me if we have any Buldak they could eat instead. Infuriating.
