Megan at Bresson Shoe Repair took one look at them, admired the craftsmanship, and didn't hesitate for a second. She told me exactly what she could do, quoted me a price that was shockingly reasonable (I was prepared to pay hundreds), and treated the whole situation with kindness and professionalism. Not only did she do beautiful work, she also went above and beyond with her customer service. I had fraudulent activity on my card that day, and she still let me drop my boots off. When I ran late picking them up, she stayed a few extra minutes so I could get there. Just genuinely good people providing excellent craftsmanship. My boots look incredible. I'm so grateful and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

Feom the moment I walked in, I realized the quality of the clothes, even though I had expectations of a discount store, would not be anything I would wear. Clothes were crammed in the racks, many of the dresses dragging on the floor. I scanned a few rows but there was absolutely nothing even worth trying on. Roamed around the entire store. Each department was small, the shelves unorganized, and few items. One and done for me.
