I brought my truck to Midland Paint and Body Shop for an estimate for two minor fender benders. I was given an estimate and a date for service. The estimate was more than fair and I took my truck in on the date given and it was taken in. I was given a week window to get the truck fixed up, and it was done on time. Wow! My truck looks amazing! I dare anyone to look at it and find a blemish, a lump, faulty paint, or anything wrong with the job done! I am one extremely happy customer and strongly recommend this shop to anyone needing this service. I have found an authentic shop that does an honest day's work done with pride and courtesy!

The owner answered and told me to stop in anytime for a free consultation. He didn't try and upsell me on anything and in went my Tacoma for hail repair. They took great care of my vehicle and worked with my insurance company (GEICO) with ease. They offer a free rental, paid my deductible and even detailed my vehicle when it was all done. Couldn't be happier as it looks brand new again.

Worst body shop experience I've ever had. I took my car to Julio's Body Shop and the results were…read morebeyond terrible. The new bumper they put on wasn't even installed correctly -- my dad had to pop it in because it was hanging loose. The paint didn't even match and was already cracking. On top of that, my horn doesn't work, my cruise control doesn't work, my outside temperature sensor stopped working, half of my driver-side headlight doesn't work, and even the battery warning light came on after their so-called "repair." When I took it to a real mechanic, they told me this was one of the worst jobs they've ever seen. They said whoever worked on my vehicle didn't even bother to plug things back in properly. That explains all the electrical issues I'm now dealing with. When I asked Julio about it, he suddenly claimed the wires were "spliced up," which is completely untrue. Funny how he only mentioned that after I brought up the check engine light and other problems. If I hadn't said anything, he probably wouldn't have admitted to anything at all. To make things worse, the customer service is just as bad. His mother, who works the front desk, was rude as hell. When I asked how long the repair would take, she gave me attitude and snapped back, "None of your business. When you have your own shop you can do what you want." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Julio also ignored my calls and texts, and when I finally reached out again, he acted like he didn't even know who I was. Totally shady. And to top it all off, he randomly told my wife he was "7 months sober from meth." Totally unnecessary and not something a customer should ever hear. Here's some pics of the horrible job they did so you can see for yourself. NEVER have I ever seen work done this poorly. I was supposed to bring the car back to let him "fix it," but I'm not risking letting him mess it up even worse. I'm taking it to a real mechanic who actually knows what they're doing. If you care about your vehicle, avoid Julio Jr. and this shop at all costs.

What I got back was completely unacceptable. The paint job was poorly done, uneven, peeling, and full of visible imperfections. It honestly looked worse than before I brought it in. Trying to give them a fair chance, I took the car back and asked them to fix it. You would think they would make it right the second time, but somehow it came back just as bad, if not worse. At that point, it is not just a mistake, it is a clear lack of care, skill, and accountability. I am extremely disappointed. When you trust a shop with your car after an accident, you expect quality work and attention to detail. That did not happen here. If you care about your car and how it looks, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. This place will only leave you frustrated and stuck with subpar work.

Found this amazing shop close off the highway when I thought the front was right about to blow off. They did a spectacular job(pictures below) and were so wonderful and easy to work with. So thankful to run into them when it was needed most.

When I took my car back to show them, they were very rude, kept my car another 2 weeks and repairs still weren't made. My car came back with a black grease in several places on the inside and the car was extremely filthy inside and out. I don't know how they stay in business!!
