Beforehand I was skeptical that a Detailer would be able to fix the scratches, several which were down to the metal, but Ricky promised it would look perfect, and I have to credit him for keeping his word. I had estimates from two auto body shops to repair my car, and Ricky's price was a fraction of what they would have charged, and it was completed in an afternoon instead of a week. We asked for a shorter time since it was my daughter's spring break. At first they said it was ok but then they changed their mind. They insisted on a minimum of three weeks. I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)
