I called this place on Sunday afternoon, and since apparently they make a point of never picking up their phones, I got a phone call back around 9 PM the next evening. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning - and was told someone would come between 9-9:30. 9:30 rolls around, no one is there. I call. Then I call again. 30 minutes later, I finally get a call back from Albert, who has clearly forgotten that he made an appointment with me (although he said something about a meeting - if you in fact had a meeting, you may have considered calling me before to cancel). He tells me he will send someone else out immediately. So, I waited. By 11, still no one had arrived, and I really had to get to work. I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up. This place is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if you were too busy to detail my car, you should not have let me make the appointment. I would have preferred that to wasting four hours this week sitting home waiting for you guys to show up.

That impressed me, plus the fact that his write up about his years of experience and love of his work. convinced me that I should give him a try. When the owner of the service is on site all the time, you can bet that the end result will be right. So my appointment was made by text and Will's response was prompt. On the day reserved, Will and his helper arrived right on time after texting me that he was on the way. He has everything he needs in his van, including water. After a short chat as an introduction to his service, Will and his helper got to work and in less than 2 hours presented me with a "LIKE NEW CAR". That amount of time may not seem to be adequate to some people for a full detail, except that I keep my BEEMER in top condition all the time. So, rest assured that Will would spend whatever time required to satisfy his clients. I found the price for my detail to be fair and well in line and perhaps a little less than the competition. Also very important is that Will is a friendly guy and easy to talk with. The bottom line in my review is that I would highly recommend Will (Fresh and Clean) for you detail work because he is honest, fair and dedicated to his profession.
