They told me that because I cancelled the membership, the gift card is also cancelled. I told them that is not how it works because it is a gift card. Then they changed the story and said that the gift card expired back in December 2025, at the same time I bought it. I told them that is not how it works let alone it was never written in fine print. The audacity of the cashier that questioned me asking if I can actually read. She said that in front of my family and her manager. Wow very professional...They gave me their corporate's phone number and I called to get an understanding of their policy regarding gift cards. The corporate employee, Chris, agreed with me and said that those bobos were incorrect and misleading. I also filed a complaint regarding that location. I hope they do something about it and fire that cashier. They gave me free washes but I'm going to pass since the service is not good and not worth it.

My car isn't filthy. However, if im forking over $40, my car should look better then what I brought it in. Their motto is to squeeze in has many cars in, and do the least amount of work. I don't know what products they use, but it's not good quality. My car shouldn't have water marks. Seems like they recycle the water, because my car didn't look clean after 2 runs. The employees that wash the car are decent but can do better by not rushing through the cars. Don't get the unlimited car washes not worth it. I'm stick with my neighborhood car wash.

Also, they taped my mirrors up and rush you to drive out of the exit when it finishes, but I can't drive with my mirrors taped. I don't like them putting tape on my car without asking me either. Finally, at the beginning, I always turn on car wash mode in my car. But I was clicking the car wash mode on the screen and the guy outside my car yells at me to tell me to pay attention to him and not look at my screen. There was no reason for him to get frustrated as it only takes maybe 15 seconds or so for me to turn on the mode. In addition to all of that, my car is not even clean. There are still bugs and dirt spots all over the car and the windshield is dirty even though I paid for the upgrades.
