I told them to sue this place for discrimination! Even after death the family was treated so disrespectful. After seeing what they went through I warn everyone about this place. Stay away.

My mom had left me her two family home in the Wollaston section of Quincy. I live in NYC, and everyone & anyone around me at the time strongly advised that I sell the house. They were always very on top of everything. I would email maintenance and they would show up almost immediately. The only issue we had was our heat was very shifty in the winter and they were slow fixing it. They did put us in a hotel room when it started to get really bad. I truly appreciated the maintenance team here we had to replace the fridge and dishwasher while we were living in one of their apartments and both replacements happened quickly with little disturbance to us as tenants.

The conditions (the stench of the halls, the tufts of dog hair all over the stairs, the noise pollution, carpeted filthy floors in such a trashy and unsafe area) were absolutely not worth staying a minute past my lease in such an overpriced and stupidly expensive apartment. The only good thing I can say is that they're responsive when there's a problem, but they leave a mess when they're done fixing it. They also don't warn you when they will spray for roaches which is highly illegal.
