He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Scheduling open houses and private showings with Rob was very smooth, sometimes we went to a few properties in one day. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. There was a property with a major tilt and Rob pointed it out...it was making us dizzy. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.

They were either not responsive…read moreenough, would have a high turnover of people in charge (so you would know know who to communicate with), never followed with the list of preventative maintenance requests, would do nothing on optimizing rental income, or would be way too expensive (sometimes, all of the above). Hiring Longview Properties lowered by stress, and increased my confidence in being a landlord. They own their own properties, so they understand what's important to both, the landlord, as well as a tenants. They are easy to communicate with, and they know the tenants by name (they are not just another unit number). Most impressive though is that they put themselves in your shoes, and do what you would want to have done - one example, when driving by the property on a weekend, of a fall afternoon, I saw Mike (the owner of Longview Properties) blowing leaves - when I asked him what he was doing, his response was that he would not spend $600 for 30 minutes of landscaping work, regardless of it was his property on mine. It's that level of customer service that it's extremely rare to find anywhere else.

David managed our property for over 5 years, provided guidance on any issues that arose, and helped coordinate repairs or investments in the unit. He advised on the right time to sell based on his extensive knowledge of the market, and took care of everything to prep our property for a successful sale. He also weathered difficult negotiations to close the deal. David did an outstanding job through and through. He's smart, experienced, and transparent. Working with someone with his level of knowledge and integrity takes the stress out of the process. Cannot recommend more highly!

After our most recent purchase of a single family home that Nate skillfully helped us navigate, he then helped us sell our condo. When I say he worked some serious magic, I mean it. Nate was able to help us get our place ready to sell in a three week timeframe, host a weekend of open houses while we were on vacation in FL, and then coordinate the offer that came through three days later. Nate's knowledge, attention to detail, honesty, and wonderful communication style make him a joy to work with. He always handles (what I consider) a very stressful and fast moving process with ease, professionalism, care, and always steered us with our best interest in mind. Working with Nate was a pleasure, and I know that if/when I ever need to move again I'll be reaching out to Nate!

Their ability to pull together a team (Manager, Painters, Cleaner, Mason, Inspector) got our JP Condo on the market as fast as possible in the Spring of 22; truly incredible efficiency in building prep. Christian's market knowledge was very helpful in evaluating the offers and closing in a rapidly changing market. We chose to work with Nate for the subsequnt purchase of a 2-Family in Roslindale and the experience was equally positive. Nate invested significant time and effort helping us eventually find and then evaluate opportunity in the house we chose. Because the house was a fixer upper with significant work to be done, Christian, a licensed builder, provided incredibly helpful insight into the cost and the nature of the work necessary to bring the house up to date. Since closing, both he and Nate, continue to be very helpful as the renovations get under way. I provide a very high level of service to my clients and I expect that from other professionals. I was not disappointed. If you are ready to brave the Boston RE Market, you won't find a better team to back you.
