He told me he was going to give the keys to the renter before a lease was signed and before I'd received any money towards first/last/deposit. I told him that giving a renter keys without anything in hand wasn't ok, he was angry at me. He was annoyed that he'd have to meet with them again. He then continued to terrorize both myself and the renters with endless emails, completely incorrect versions of the lease, and liked to waste my time with pointless phone calls. His incompetence was off the charts- I asked him to verify the renters employment/income and he told me he'd looked online. I had to tell him over ten times, "Call a human who hired the renter" . . . . DO NOT GO WITH TOM TSUI unless you want a completely incompetent liar who wastes your time. I tried calling to complain and I can't even get anyone on the phone. I am truly sorry I wasted my time with them. They claim to care but they don't.

They are easy to communicate with, and they know the tenants by name (they are not just another unit number). Most impressive though is that they put themselves in your shoes, and do what you would want to have done - one example, when driving by the property on a weekend, of a fall afternoon, I saw Mike (the owner of Longview Properties) blowing leaves - when I asked him what he was doing, his response was that he would not spend $600 for 30 minutes of landscaping work, regardless of it was his property on mine. It's that level of customer service that it's extremely rare to find anywhere else.
