I've been living here for less than a year and there has been countless emails countless notes on my door over complete nonsense. But when I have a legit question they just ignore me until I have to get upset, they painted lines on the parking lot so parking was unusable ... two months later they decide to just repave the entire lot and parking is once again not usable. the laundry machines are always broken but they increased the price. Half of these amenities don't even exist. There's trash and cigarettes all over the place and they have the audacity to accuse me of smoking when I first moved in. our roof has been leaking the entire time we lived here and they just paint over it. there's mold festering in the wall yet they say it's not. there's countless interior issues. we called maintainence to fix our issues and the guy just started flirting with my girlfriend. People breaking into cars. Stealing mail. The office doesn't care about problems. The apartment had roaches, we viewed a number of units & they smelled of mold, it was obvious that the landlords a slumlord, bugs were visible in the units, COCKROACHES were literally climbing on top of one another. We have been at Weymouth Commons for 2 yrs now, January 1st the company implemented a non smoking policy. I have no issue with this as I do not smoke, however how do they really expect to police this when they can not even make sure the cars in the lot do not have resident stickers??? Don't plan on moving here unless you want your rent increased every single time you renew. I've been here three years and for the second time I've received my renewal paperwork with astronomical hikes in rent increase. I pay 1754/month, and to renew for 6 months they are charging 3100/month. It's unaffordable for something mediocre. The apartments are small and things break A LOT. read more

You should know that the building here were constructed of th poorest, lowest quality construction materials possible, and is located near a marsh making it extra humid. There was also a toxic chemical spill nearby (google it) the buildings. You can still see trees with mutations, deformations, and tumor-like structures on them everywhere if you bother to look. read more

The leasing office team are the worst. They are mean and rude while talking to me. When I went to sign my contract, I asked for 5-6 month contract. Then one of the team member that I was not even talking to her told me that instead of signing a short- term contract that would be more expensive, you can sign one year contract that would be cheaper and whenever you want to leave, you just need to give us a 60 day notice. Now when I went to give them the notice they asked for a termination fee of $ 2000. When I was trying to talk to them that I was not informed about that at the beginning, they were very rude to me and said it was written in your lease. They were the one who suggested a one year contract and told me only about the 60 day notice only but not about the termination fee. My husband and I felt tricked into that option since the original intent with your company was to do a short term lease and we were told that a longer lease is a cheaper option. Now when I am trying to reach the manger they did not want me to talk to her. Every time I called they gave me the excuses and said that she is on vacation. Also, when I asked for the corporate office they refused to give it to me. The leasing office member are a group of rude and not honest people. This is the worst experience I would ever have with not honest people. Their services are really bad. Through out my living months over there, they would never help me with anything. They always have not convincing excuses for anything. They are only nice if they would get money from you. read more

With ZERO qualms, I give this apartment complex a one-star review...a star only given because zero is not an available option. So many little things that have built up over time to absolute unacceptable disgust. Our bathroom towel rod has been repeatedly called in for repair... only to fall apart shortly thereafter each and every time. There are holes behind the rod anchors that haven't been patched, spackled, and painted, which of course explains why it continues to fall apart. Our upstairs neighbor's toilet flooded, leaked through our ceiling, and soaked through our rug. All maintenance did was ensure the overflowing toilet stopped. They did nothing to investigate for water damage, mold, or clean the sh***y water that had saturated our rug. Cigarette butts and trash everywhere. Neighbors that throw food out into the parking lot (I mean entire containers of food, whole roasted chicken, fried chicken wings, etc.) attracting rats. Last but not least, a management office that does absolutely nothing to address tenants that are out of line. Our upstairs neighbor consistently has loud parties/gatherings involving banging, loud yelling, music, karaoke, excessive drinking, etc. - these parties begin around 9pm and go on sometimes until 8am on weekdays and weekends. Unacceptable in and of itself, the issue was only exacerbated by the pile of vomit left in front of the building entrance door in early June. Then this past weekend, friends of the tenant urinating off of his balcony and onto our patio beneath...not once, not twice, but THREE times in a span of a couple hours. The management office has been notified IN PERSON of this situation more than once, only to have absolutely nothing done about it. We were told that issuing a memo is all they can do and that our best course of action would be to call the police. At $2,750+ a month, this is disgusting, outrageous, unbelievable and completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this community to anyone and strongly advise one does their research into neighboring towns with much more beautiful and reputable communities with high standards for quality of living at comparable price points. read more

I have been living here for 10 months. The neighborhood is safe. The management though is not good. Buildings are old and they don't even provide microwave for the apartment. The machines in laundry room are out of order constantly. I end up doing my laundry at laundromat from time to time I called for Maintenance they said it was the laundry company's responsibility. The elevator is out of order sometimes and of course on the day you move in unexpectedly. If you call the management, they would tell you there is nothing they could do, it was Nstar. May be I was just so unlucky. It happened to me. I paid extra for my movers to run the stairs. Also, be very careful with the lease, they put the clause in the lease so they automatically renew your lease for one extra mouth unless you give them 60 notice moving out. Don't miss the deadline, they would not remind you again. You have to call for the move out form it is not provided in mail unless you ask. I can't wait to get out. read more
