I collect toy cars and I seen a broken box of JDM cars, these cars are like Hot Wheels, and it looked like it had some missing. I took the box to the cashier who was nasty with a bad attitude who told me these are only for display and are not for sale. I told her that there was no sign saying not for sale or display item. Then another idiot with the same attitude came and told me it is for display only and you can come back another day and wait for us to sell it. As if I have ESP to know the cars were not for sale and I guess I have to use ESP to know when they plan to sell it. Their store is dirty, there is dust on the boxes, and they need to teach customer service to the idiots that work there. They could have told me politely that the item is a display item and we are sorry someone must have taken it where it was on display and put it where I found it. I hope Longs CVS puts them out of business. I am amazed they are still in business. I predict they will fail like I predicted Sears, Radio Shack, and Sharper Image, and Dennys, was going to fail due to lack of customer service. The one time I go into Walgreens is the last time I will go there.

Anyhow I have two items and I go up to an open register #7. To reiterate I rarely go to this Kaneohe Longs Drugs and it hardly had any customers that day. The cashier (#2900924) accused me of cutting in line. I'm confused because register #7 looked open as I saw no one near by. She then pointed to a sign further back that says "Line starts here". There was one customer waiting there. Ok my bad. I did not see the sign and was unaware about that. I did not notice the one customer standing further back at the "Line starts here" sign. I've been to other Longs where you just go up to any open register. In fact... I was just at Pali Highway Longs that very morning where customers just go up to any open register. I did not like the way this Kaneohe Longs cashier handled the situation. Accusing me of cutting in line and giving me the third degree. She could have understood that people who don't normally shop at Kaneohe Longs might be unaware of that. This Longs has a wide area with the registers spread out. Unless one is already aware... that "Line starts here" sign is easy to miss. It's just the way the store is so wide open and how the layout of the things are that I did not notice. Other stores like Target and City Mill has a "Line start here" sign... but there are partitions near the checkout counters to make it obvious and hard to miss. Kaneohe Longs don't have any partitions near the checkout counters... so it is easy to miss in the wide open layout of this store. It was an honest mistake on my part. All that cashier needed to do was inform me "The line starts back there by the sign". And I would have been good with that. This was a misunderstanding that could have been better handled with simple courtesy and understanding. There was no need to make accusations in order to make me feel bad. That was uncalled for. I've later heard from other people who live in Kaneohe tell me of similar issues concerning the lack of courtesy at this Longs Drugs at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. Probably no wonder why the store was empty of customers. I will never come back here again and will stick to shopping at the other CVS Longs Drugs elsewhere.

No other customers here. We are the only ones waiting. 25 min later and they are still "working on the paperwork ". Go to Longs next time. Overcharged and extremely rude! The "lead" lady named Lorna,…read morewas first rude when I was interested in purchasing two birthday balloons for my father's 79th birthday. Beside being rude, when I was being rung up by the nice cashier, Lorna came over and thought the cashier was incorrectly ringing up the balloons. Lorna went on to be rude and insulting to the cashier saying "you cannot make up your own prices" which she wasn't, she was actually scanning the price sheet provided to the at the register. She rang two different prices for two different ballon sizes which is correct. The mean lady Lorna insisted it was incorrect and tried to charge me $18.99 for a circle ballon that clearly stated "shaped or cut out ballon" on the sheet. How can a lead be so blind. Anyways, the cashier explained the price difference and still the "lead" had to much pride to even admit she was wrong. Lorna went even further and said "well u want me to charge you $18.99?" Which she clearly knows was incorrect. Who's making up their own prices now??? Long story short, she over charged me by charging the higher price for two different balloon sizes where it was clear as day that it wasn't right to do so. Please beware of Lorna who likes to make up her own prices, likes to talk down to employees and customers and who needs to smile if she wants to be in any customer service roll. She also lingered at the register to make sure we were overcharged dispite other customers asking for assistance in the photo area. She made them wait and basically ignored them because she was wrong and couldn't admit it. May be time to find her a better position in the back of the store where she will not be giving Longs a bad wrap. I'd like to make longs a part of my day, but def not when a mean, untrained Lorna is working.

After using Target's very clean restroom, I thought I'd walk around & check out the Kailua Store. Making a small observation.......... ever noticed that Target's store layout is pretty similar to the other Target stores in da 808??? I guess this is kinda neat, as it makes it easier to find things in the store. I noticed that the Kailua Target store also had a Starbucks coffee shop, & a Pizza Hut within the store. I really didn't have anything to buy today, but while browsing around, I came across some DEALAGES on a microwave oven. DARN! I just bought a new microwave oven for my dad, as his microwave had broke down recently. Guess where I bought my microwave??? Yes gangies..........Walmart! And ya know what???? Target actually had a better sale price on the microwave, as the microwave I bought on sale at Walmart was ($60.73 w/tax). I guess Walmart doesn't always have da best DEALAGES! Lol! The Kailua Target store is very spacious & clean. A very nice store to visit, should you need groceries, or any other item.
