Good to see some different items since they have different buyers and distributors. Great they have a 24 hour drive through pharmacy. You can always get your prescription any time of the day! My friend likes their manual toothbrushes since only a few places still sell " firm" toothbrushes. Walgreen offered vast variety of handicap and health home products and test kits. You have to check out their dollar section aisle which is cool at the Kaneohe and Kalihi locations that I'm aware of. You may find mouth washes, drink mix packets, can of soups, zippered bags, soap and more in the dollar section! it's such a bargain price! They have reasonable toilet paper prices for their brand. If you're like me, the 1-ply toilet paper is perfect for those who like to use so much for one use. I'm a fan of the big jug of decaf diet Arizona drink. They have a reward program and can get their Walgreen's app on your phone and start savings. One of their store brand is "Nice" and I usually buy their snack/nuts from there also Worth checking it out, never know what you would find. 09/24/22 was the last day to use the coupon book since they are going all digital savings. I happen to be in Kaneohe and went to this CVS Longs Drugs at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center…read more This Kaneohe store was almost empty which I thought was unusual as I normally shop at CVS Longs Drugs at Pali Highway... which is always busy. Anyhow I have two items and I go up to an open register #7. To reiterate I rarely go to this Kaneohe Longs Drugs and it hardly had any customers that day. The cashier (#2900924) accused me of cutting in line. I'm confused because register #7 looked open as I saw no one near by. She then pointed to a sign further back that says "Line starts here". There was one customer waiting there. Ok my bad. I did not see the sign and was unaware about that. I did not notice the one customer standing further back at the "Line starts here" sign. I've been to other Longs where you just go up to any open register. In fact... I was just at Pali Highway Longs that very morning where customers just go up to any open register. I did not like the way this Kaneohe Longs cashier handled the situation. Accusing me of cutting in line and giving me the third degree. She could have understood that people who don't normally shop at Kaneohe Longs might be unaware of that. This Longs has a wide area with the registers spread out. Unless one is already aware... that "Line starts here" sign is easy to miss. It's just the way the store is so wide open and how the layout of the things are that I did not notice. Other stores like Target and City Mill has a "Line start here" sign... but there are partitions near the checkout counters to make it obvious and hard to miss. Kaneohe Longs don't have any partitions near the checkout counters... so it is easy to miss in the wide open layout of this store. It was an honest mistake on my part. All that cashier needed to do was inform me "The line starts back there by the sign". And I would have been good with that. This was a misunderstanding that could have been better handled with simple courtesy and understanding. There was no need to make accusations in order to make me feel bad. That was uncalled for. I've later heard from other people who live in Kaneohe tell me of similar issues concerning the lack of courtesy at this Longs Drugs at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. Probably no wonder why the store was empty of customers. I will never come back here again and will stick to shopping at the other CVS Longs Drugs elsewhere.

Hubs used their restroom after a family of 4. It's by their minute clinic and you need a key. We also picked up lemon peel, ginger, li hing cherry, and more. Doc was generous as ever and paid for everything. She's too quick. Glad we found this store as we had Yelped 2 crack seed shops that were supposed to be nearby. Longs had what we needed so we headed home after that.

Beside being rude, when I was being rung up by the nice cashier, Lorna came over and thought the cashier was incorrectly ringing up the balloons. Lorna went on to be rude and insulting to the cashier saying "you cannot make up your own prices" which she wasn't, she was actually scanning the price sheet provided to the at the register. She rang two different prices for two different ballon sizes which is correct. The mean lady Lorna insisted it was incorrect and tried to charge me $18.99 for a circle ballon that clearly stated "shaped or cut out ballon" on the sheet. How can a lead be so blind. Anyways, the cashier explained the price difference and still the "lead" had to much pride to even admit she was wrong. Lorna went even further and said "well u want me to charge you $18.99?" Which she clearly knows was incorrect. Who's making up their own prices now??? Long story short, she over charged me by charging the higher price for two different balloon sizes where it was clear as day that it wasn't right to do so. Please beware of Lorna who likes to make up her own prices, likes to talk down to employees and customers and who needs to smile if she wants to be in any customer service roll. She also lingered at the register to make sure we were overcharged dispite other customers asking for assistance in the photo area. She made them wait and basically ignored them because she was wrong and couldn't admit it. May be time to find her a better position in the back of the store where she will not be giving Longs a bad wrap. I love people, humans, so will always choose to be checked out by a gracious Longs Drugstore employee. Recently I had two very disappointing experiences. I was being charged about $8.00 for a half gallon if milk that was priced at about $3.50 per half gallon. Happened to me at three different times. The worst recent happening was being yelled at by a pharmacy employee when i wanted to use the bathroom. Evidently, some of the bathroom doors have been broken for months so NO customer access is being allowed. Some of us handicapped elderly need unanticipated quick bathroom access when shopping. This may also be true for mothers with very young children.. Not a public restroom??? OK, be thoughtful and make the restroom available for those in need. Also, please stop locking up shopping carts, making them unavailable to shoppers. Especially those near Handicapped parking spaces. I leave my walking cane in the car when shopping. Then try to grab a cart for storing my purchases while in the store. The shopping cart becomes my helper. Makes shopping doable. Helps shopping become a pleasant experience. I don't like to have to hunt for a shopping cart, nor does my body.

After using Target's very clean restroom, I thought I'd walk around & check out the Kailua Store. Making a small observation.......... ever noticed that Target's store layout is pretty similar to the other Target stores in da 808??? I guess this is kinda neat, as it makes it easier to find things in the store. I noticed that the Kailua Target store also had a Starbucks coffee shop, & a Pizza Hut within the store. I really didn't have anything to buy today, but while browsing around, I came across some DEALAGES on a microwave oven. DARN! I just bought a new microwave oven for my dad, as his microwave had broke down recently. Guess where I bought my microwave??? Yes gangies..........Walmart! And ya know what???? Target actually had a better sale price on the microwave, as the microwave I bought on sale at Walmart was ($60.73 w/tax). I guess Walmart doesn't always have da best DEALAGES! Lol! The Kailua Target store is very spacious & clean. A very nice store to visit, should you need groceries, or any other item.
