The owner told me he would contact the state septic inspector I was working with and he would get back to me. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I checked back with him. He said he was waiting for the septic inspector to get back to him. I called the inspector only to find out that Nelson had indeed not contacted him. So I called back and asked Nelson if he'd heard anything and was told that he was waiting for the inspector to get back to him and claimed he had called again. What I verified after talking to the state septic inspector was that Nelson hadn't done anything he told me he had done, yet he stuck to that story. I will never use this company. Clearly, their owner has an honesty problem. If he didn't want my job he could have just said so. I don't mind. However, I won't ever condone his deceit to make it look like he was interested while clearly putting me off. Stay as far away as you can from this business!

The fix was then inspected by the township public works supervisor and given the green light to fill the hole. Quality work at a reasonable cost. Sent follow-up email on June 10th requesting a phone call. Paving supervisor Pat called on June 11th and said in a voice mail Yes, we have you on the schedule but you're a ways out and that i should call with questions. Over the next 4 months i called 6 or 7 times, we each time i was told the job was not scheduled and Pat would call me. He never called, not once. In October i called and asked to speak to a Manager or Owner. A man named Tom got on the phone, said he had just spoken with Pat and he stated they would work my paving job into thier schedule in early November. As i write this on November 15th, i just cancelled my contract with them. They are not going to be able to do my project this year stating that Pat had unexpected health problems and it threw the schedule off. Nobody called to tell me and apparently nobody fills in for Pat if he's not there. Had i not called they were fine leaving me and probably other customers hanging with no information or updates. The inexcusable lack of communication and/or follow-up from this company left me angry and frustrated.
