I wish no stars was an option. THE FLOOR IS PEELING, THIS IS A DISASTER!!! Quentin talked himself…read moreup and was very charming but he us NOT CAPABLE of hardwood floor refinishing! He gave us a quote to refinish our wood floors and we gave him a deposit to start the work. There were problems from the start. He left awful vibration marks in every room, did not sand the perimeters, completely missed several areas and had puddles of coating in several areas. There was grit and dirt in the final finish. His third attempt to make it right only made it worse. I agreed to live with the poor quality of work in the 4 bedrooms if he would just make the living room, dining room and hallway look nice. He agreed but wanted his final payment first. Not only is the entire finish peeling but there is still dirt, pudding and two foot prints in the dining room! Also, he used a shinier product in the 3 areas and it's very obvious when you look in the hallway into the bedrooms!! Also he hit every baseboard with the Urathane and every room needs to be sanded and have a heavy duty primer applied. He installed damaged shoe moulding and left large gaps in the joints so ALL THE SHOE MOULDING NEEDS REPLACED and he put it in upside down so it doesn't line up with existing mouldings. You guessed it! He cashed my check and will not return calls. Q's Flooring turned out to be a nightmare!!! I had several other contractors look at because it needs redone. They were all just as disgusted as I am and said he gives other contractors a bad name. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He has ended up costing me thousands of dollars to fix his disaster.

The crew was very friendly and would let me know if there were any other issues that i might be concerned about. (like a piece of duct work being 6" short just blowing into the crawlspace. One of the workers fixed it and taped it up too.) Also, Chad showed me a part of the foundation where the last contractor cut it off and the drain tile was shallow not installed properly. He repaired the foundation and did not ask for any extra $$$ for doing so. We highly recommend this company! Thanks Chad and Trina for a job well done! Tony & Sandi

The entire crew was respectful of our property and were pleasant to work with. Each day, they explained to us what they completed (and why) so we felt informed throughout the entire project. Their financing options are convenient and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

He found the problem right away (which was a dirty water filter) and promised to call me to replace the water filter canister which was leaking. Craig is a huge asset to Petersheim Bros having worked there over 25 years. His knowledge and experience help him pinpoint a problem and expertly fix it. My ice machine stopped working and I had issues with my water getting warm. I had a reliable appliance company take a look at my fridge and the motor blade was off the shaft. The person that looked at it told me if I didn't have anyone look or do anything to the fridge since it was installed that it was installed incorrectly. He also told me I should start budgeting for a new fridge within the year because the compressor was not cooling down enough. I discussed this with the manager Jeffery Reese via a call and then text. He was very dismissive and rude when discussing this matter with him. I was very displeased with how he handled this situation and I will not be going to Longeneckers again for any appliances and would consider getting appliances elsewhere as they don't install properly and the manager will not listen and be condescending.
