I have been to this nail salon a few times, and they always do quality work. It is nothing fancy on the inside, but I have been pleased with the manicures and pedicures. The reason that I didn't write them so high is because they always try to pressure you and upsell you from what you requested. They have all the special packages with certain kinds of soaks and scents for your pedicure, but I had to really be firm and kept telling her that I just wanted to basic pedicure. I don't like writing reviews bc I don't feel I'm good at articulating what I'm trying to say but it was such a bad experience I'm never going there again & I regret paying full price but I was so upset I just wanted to get out of there. The man that gave me a pedicure did not say hi or greet me. I thought maybe he's having a bad day but when a Caucasian lady sat down next to me to get a pedicure he greeted her & asked how she was doing. Can't help but think it's bc I'm Black considering he didn't say anything to me the entire time he worked on my feet only to ask what scent I wanted for the water. It made me uncomfortable. I had shellack on my toes & this man did not soak or file anything. Instead he pried the shellack of my nails with the cuticle cutter. He pulled so hard on the shellack he damaged the nail bed on my big toe. The cuticle cutter was the only tool he used the entire time until he got to the rock scrubber thing. When I asked him if he could actually use the other tools to clean under the nails he fussed. Finally I asked him to just cut them since he wasn't going to clean them & again, instead of using the nail clippers, he cut my nails with the cuticle cutter. When he scrubbed my feet with the rock thing he didn't scrub the places that actually needed it. Instead he scrubbed the side/top of my feet so hard he took the skin off bc it wasn't rough there to begin with. It hurt as he was doing it & when I pulled my foot away & pointed it out, he acted like nothing even happened. Sadly, he wasn't the only questionable employee there. I was there for a little while & the Caucasian lady that walked in after me was greeted & offered water as soon as she sat down by receptionist. It was only then that she asked if I wanted water, I believe bc she realized it looked bad. Honesty, I'm saddened by this entire experience bc not only did the man not care that he was hurting me, it would appear they are racist. I did not tip for the first time in my life & wrote a comment as to why on the back of the receipt. I'm never going back & I regret paying full price. It's been a few days & I can feel the scabs on the side/top of my both of my feet from him scrubbing the wrong places way too hard while neglecting the places that actually needed it. It was not my first time there but definitely my last. Idk if they acted that way bc Lee, the owner, wasn't there but it was an awful, hurtful experience. read more

if you want anything complicated done, this isn't necessarily the place for you. they can do nails, but not nail art. it's so gorgeous in the building, they decorated it nicely, and they even have a little chair for kids to sit in to get their nails done! read more

I had my nails done at long nail on Thursday they started to fall off I went to get my money back and I was threatened with bodily harm because 2 customers a mother and daughter did not like the fact that I was not impressed with the way they did my nails don't waste your money it's not worth it your nails fall off a couple of days after you get them done I will not go back there read more

So they had a sign for a pedicure special on the window. No one was there and i walked right in. That was the best pedicure ever! He scrubbed the crap out of my heels and massaged my legs. I got a sugar sceub up my legs and hot stones on my feet. Then he massaged lotion all over my legs and wrapped then in hot towels! So amazing. It was the best ever. Why no one was there no clue, but will come back over and over. read more

I just had a fill at this place. A little pricey maybe but did a good job. Didn't get any high pressure to upgrade.

I've been going to this shop for a year, now. Every 2wks. Depending on the time of day, there could be a wait. (Which speaks for itself- that people want to come to this shop.) But, once my nails are started on- they are so efficient, & quick. I never leave dissatisfied! Every time I leave- I stare at my nails, for days, in awe at how pretty they are. I've been going to Long Nails for 16 years. I used to take my granddaughter with me and before she could even stand up in the chair, they were taking care of her toes too! It was a great experience. They are the only experts ever who work well with my ingrown toenails and I'm always getting compliments on my fingernails. My nails are natural looking and shorter by choice. read more

The last two times I had appointments with Le and he didn't show up one morning and tonight he had to leave just as I arrived. He makes terribly excuses and makes no effort to make things right. If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service! Very rude! Kept muttering I was a child, I'm an adult! Demanding I needed to pay before he had even polished my nails and said YOU PAY NOW! LIKE as if I didn't have money. Never will I go back. He was rushing and not gentle at all. Actually hurt me while he was filing on the side of my nail. The file got caught and he just yanked it upward. It's ridiculous! This place should be closed down. As a seasoned nail tech I had an awful experience in this nail salon! My nails are not thin and when the guy finished my acrylics they were all way too narrow. It looked ridiculous. He was on his phone during my service and it was on speaker. Not to mention he and two other employees were talking so loud in their language it was unnerving. I was so disappointed I was looking forward to a relaxing service and a nice looking set of nails and I didn't get either. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have frequented Long Nail on and off for almost 6 years now. They were my go to gals when I was pregnant with my son and couldn't reach my toes anymore. :) They have always been friendly and accommodating. In April, I brought my mom and goddaughter in for both of their first ever pedicures. We had a great time and they politely asked questions about our girls day. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that at the end of the pedicure, my goddaughter had not worn sandals. They pulled out a pretty sturdy pair and had her put them on. When we checked out, we were told the flip flops were $10. Just a heads up to come prepared (and make sure the 7 year old is prepared too!) Love them and will continue to be a regular customer. read more
