My adult brother had a great time on the play place until he hit his head and forgot his identity. That last part was a joke. We wouldn't let him in the play place because there were children playing. As an Oklahoma University fan, I didn't appreciate the Buckeye's themed window marketing, but that was balanced out with the joy of finding a Freestyle machine. Also, there was free WiFi. I have visited Wendy's on East State many times and am happy to say that the store is very clean…read moreand the customer service is great. The food is freshly made and tastes great. My concern is that I overheard a conversation today with a manager and customer. She, the manager, was very kind and helped the woman learn how to use her Wendy's app for in store and drive thru purchases. The manager had to correct an employee while this woman was there. The manager repeatedly told the employee to remove some things out of the customers site. It is my understanding that all Wendy's staff knows that customers are not to see dirty dishes pots or pans and they are to keep a very clean facility. So when the manager corrected the employee he finally removed the pan. The customer was upset with the manager for correcting the employee because she said the manager was rude that was not the case. He had to be corrected multiple times. The customer wrote a bad review because she didn't like that the manager had to correct her employee. When 5 minutes before that she was happy with the manager spoke of her highly said she was so kind and thoughtful. What the customer did not see or hear was that the manager had just told all employees to keep the conversations polite and respectful especially with customers on the store. I would suggest that before you write a bad review you should have all your facts straight and be truthful and honest about the whole experience. I think the manager and staff did well to serve me and the woman who was a bit cranky that day. The repercussions of bad reviews is not good. So please be honest and thoughtful.
