Came in this afternoon to enjoy some Tex-Mex delicious meal. Some notes on this location- the drive through uses an AI machine for ordering. For dine-in you place your own order on a machine. There is really not any interaction with the workers besides the pick up of your food. Our wait time was less than 4 minutes from the time ordered. I think the workers are efficient and fast. The inside is great for dine-in. We ordered the grilled cheese burritos with a large nacho fries. Drinks were Baja blast and Baja blast passion fruit. Seating indoors is open and it's nice and cool temperature for this hot summer day. For 2 burritos, nacho fries and drink we paid roughly $18. I like trying variety of sauces with my meal. The service is always slow and sometimes the workers will literally ignore you on the intercom and not say anything just so they don't have to take your order. Weirdly unprofessional. I had to wait 40+ minutes for a mobile order....at Taco Bell? This is supposed to be fast food and I'm waiting just as long as a sit down restaurant. read more

If you have a dairy allergy, don't come here. Keep getting orders wrong, and dirty tables. I have a dairy allergy, I ordered my taco, took one bite and found a bunch of cheese in it. it's not rocket science to be able to add Just meet cheese and sour cream on a taco I have went through around 10 times in the last month or two asking for just a simple nacho & cheese taco with MEAT CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM and somehow i still end up with a supreme taco at the end of it. I am doordashing and this store is very rude, myself and 20+ other people are in the lobby waiting. I've been here over 2 hours and others are not too far behind me in wait time. They finally got the orders to me 2 hour A after arriving, even though they marked the orders ready an hour and 45 minutes before actually preparing the orders. I placed an order at 8:50 and am still waiting for my food-- it's 10:55. The second dasher messaged me saying that the Taco Bell workers let her know my food had already been picked up by someone else, support called her and told her that another driver picked up the order and hung up. Then support confirmed with Taco Bell that they were still preparing my food, and that it should arrive by 10:20-ish. As of now, at least seven different dashers have cycled through my order, all still waiting for them to finish making my food which was four items, a luxe box and a burrito combo. if i could give this store a negative review i would. I am a door dasher and when i tell you these people are some of the rudest workers possible i truly mean it. They will see you waiting for hours at a time and refuse to even ask you about your order or help at all. Today i went and had to leave without food because they blatantly ignored me for almost an hour. This is also not the first time this has happened !! such rude and disappointing behavior. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and they gave me chicken. I went back and asked for a cheese quesadilla with no chicken and it was extremely undercooked. My boyfriend asked for no lettuce on his tacos and they had lettuce and were undercooked as well. I could understand the rushing if there was a long line but we were the only car there both times. Went through the drive thru tonight. After getting down the road discovered that two of the items from our order were missing. Went back to store to go into lobby to get the items. Unfortunately the lobby is currently closed due to COVID so I had to get back in the drive thru line. By the time I got back to the speaker to make the store aware the food we had was cold so I asked that the entire order less the drinks be replaced. The store refused to remake the entire order so I asked for the managers name and the number for corporate. When I finally got to the window I spoke with the manager once again who is named Tiffany and reiterated I would like to have the entire order replaced which the manager refused to do even though I would be giving them the cold food back so I was not asking for anything for free. I then asked that my money for the order be refunded and I would return the cold food. The manager provided the number for corporate so I stated we could call them right then. She did not want to do that as people were waiting for their orders. I informed her that was piss poor customer service and I drove around and called the customer service number to only discover they are closed. I will be contacting the store in the morning to get the general manager's name and number as well as trying corporate again. I am also saving the cold uneaten food to return.
