I was a patient at Long Chiropractic for a little over a year and I really enjoyed all my visits with Dr. Lara. She helped me tremendously with my back pain, and was always so wonderful to be around and have conversations with. Unfortunately I have chosen not to go back to Long Chiropractic because there has been inconsistent (sometimes none) mask wearing within the office throughout the pandemic. I never voiced my concern because I assumed they knew what they were doing, and I needed to go to continue to relieve my pain. But I grew more uncomfortable, and after hearing multiple conversations in the office about vaccine practices (or lack thereof) and a disregard for CDC guidelines and health regulations, I cannot in good conscience go back. read more

Everyone has a preference- I just prefer to have a facility honor my appointment time. It was tough to schedule appointments there and consistently have 45 minute wait times. When you ask why, Cheryl will tell you "that's just how it is." Both chiropractors there are very nice. I decided to find another chiropractor after spending so many hours in the waiting room and deciding I couldn't spend 1-2 hours for chiropractic adjustments anymore. Once I found a sports Med dr who viewed my MRIs (ordered by the new Chiro I started seeing) and was told the previous treatments at Long Chiropractic weren't going to help what was going on with my body. I think I spent a LOT of time and money to go somewhere that wasn't doing what was best for my body. I would not recommend this business, at all. read more

The only reason I'm not giving Long Chiropractic 5-stars is because I've only ever been to this one chiropractic center, so I can't definitively say it's the "best ever". But in my own little world, it's one of my favorite things that I do. I've been coming to Long Chiropractic for about 3 years. At first it was a regular weekly and sometimes twice weekly visit. Now that I'm all straightened out, I visit once every three weeks just for maintenance. I wish I could afford to go more often! The staff is so helpful and nice. Their methodology, if I remember correctly, is to address the problem not just the symptoms. Their process for healing gets the patient involved in their own recovery which I believe makes for a more likely recipe for success. I will never go anywhere else for this kind of treatment. Anytime I have a random ailment, such as a stomach ache or indigestion, or headaches, or wrist pain, a few minutes on Long Chiropractic's tables solves the problem. To me it's not just my back that they address; their treatment makes me feel better, on the whole. read more

I met Dr. Becky at the Seattle Bike show and since have been going to Long Chiropractic my life has changed for the better. I had extreme back pain for years before I came in for treatment. I can now bicycle, snowboard, sleep, reach, bend and move in general again. After neglecting my back and core for years I wrecked my lower back shoveling. Now after over a year of treatment I can honestly say I am almost at 95% recovery from what I thought was going to be a lifelong ailment, severe back pain. No more, I feel great and don't feel sick or tired as often, sleep better, ride better, hike better, you get the idea. I suggest you listen to the doctors and do the long term commitment if they suggest it because that worked for me. There are other options for treatment of back pain and misalignment (IE. message and acupuncture) but for me Chiropractic care from Long has really worked. One thing to note is the doctors at Long live and breath Chiropractic care as they were raised by a Chiropractor and had treatment for their whole lives themselves. I think this makes them stand above the rest of the Chiropractors in Seattle and that is why I gave them 5 stars. I've had other chiropractors before but the lack of consistent care, explanation, and follow through limited my recovery.
