I do my exercises at home and Dr'. Graham does the fine tuning. The staff are wonderful and I always have a good time shooting the breeze at the front desk even before my adjustment. Yes it is a little bit of a drive for me to go downtown from my home is Normandy Park, but it is well worth it for the type of detailed care I receive at this establishment. I started seeing Dr. Graham for chiropractic care in 2017 at the recommendation of a good friend. I was 28 at the time and having low back pain as a result of trying to maintain my weekend warrior ways while battling the realities of a 9-5 desk job. From the first visit, I could tell that this was the kind of personalized, targeted, analytical care that I needed. It wasn't just hop on the table, pop, crack, good to go like I had experienced at other offices. Dr. Graham was very thorough, spending an entire hour for my first visit observing my movement patterns, understanding my history, and put together a care plan that helped dig me out of the funk pit that I had settled into after a handful of injuries that I never quite addressed properly. During every visit, Dr. Graham is always talking through what he's doing, explaining the mechanics, and telling me exactly the rationale behind each adjustment in terms that make sense. I always came away feeling justified and encouraged about what I was doing there and how each piece was setting me up to get back to the things I love to do. End first crisis, fast forward one year after staying on a solid maintenance plan with great results. Had a nasty get off on the bike and flared up the old beast again. I'm very glad I tried Chiropractor for the first time at Graham Rehabilitation & Wellness! For the past years and just like many people, I've been a victim of office syndrome with the stiff neck and tight shoulders that stem from sitting and working on computer at a desk for so long. In the past, I used to resort to getting very deep massages, but I found that even good massages would only alleviate my pain for just about a week,...then it's back to stiff neck and very tight shoulders again. Recently, the pain got so much to the point that I couldn't really go to sleep that many nights, I had to take painkillers so that I could sleep more comfortably. I was initially skeptical about chiropractic service in the past. However, since been so long that I've had this pain and that massages won't really take the pain away more than a week, I decided to look into alternative solution such as chiropractor. I personally decided on Graham Rehabilitation & Wellness because of their convenient location in downtown, responsiveness and the feedback they got on reviews (initially, I contacted another practice closer to home..but they never replied to my inquiry..so I figured I'd take my business elsewhere and that I shouldn't be the one begging anyone to take me into their care/services). Graham was able to fit me into their schedule the same week and have been helping me with my neck, upper shoulder/back pain for around a month now. Aside from a nice office and from them being very responsive to my inquiry, I like that their hours are flexible (most chiropractor open later during the day and close early afternoon, but Graham has their office open from as early as 7am and as late as 6pm!). It's funny but I even mentioned to my SO that I now sort of forgot that I had such bad neck/shoulder pain in the past! It definitely got a lot better and rarely do I think about stiff neck and tight shoulder pain even when I go to bed. I've seen Dr. Graham, Dr. Walsh (doesn't work there any more), and Dr. McKenzie. Although the chiropractors are very good at what they do, they are mostly not on schedule, so I end up waiting for them. Except for Dr. Walsh, who doesn't work there anymore. This morning I got into the clinic at 7:43 and had to use the bathroom. Since I wasn't in the clinic by 7:45, Dr. McKenzie saw two other patients before me, getting to me at 8:05. When I brought it up he said I was in the office at 7:50 and I know it didn't take that long to use the bathroom. The chiropractors at graham rehab are good at what they do but terrible at serving their patients when it comes to being on time or handling complaints about how they handle their time. I was in Seattle visiting my S/O when we were in a car accident as passengers in a ride share. I was in a lot of pain and called around to a few different offices to get some help on how to proceed with my situation. Tionna, their receptionist, was extremely helpful in explaining the process to me and helping me figure out the insurance coverage situation so I can get treated. Their office made the process SO easy for me and I was able to be seen for a comprehensive examination the following morning. The examination lasted approximately one hour and went over EVERYTHING. X-rays were completed onsite and the results were explained to me in detail. I felt really in the loop about my treatment which was great because I've been to other chiropractors before and felt like a burden for asking questions. I ended up receiving chiropractic adjustments from both Dr. Gerhart and Dr. McKenzie. Both are PHENOMENAL individuals who are very well trained. They made me feel super comfortable and taken care of. This wasn't just a quick office visit where you get your back cracked the same way every time and then leave. Both doctors made sure to re-assess my injuries every appointment and treated them accordingly. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing every time and why/how it would help. Additionally, I received massage therapy from Laurel. She is amazing at what she does and is very knowledgeable about the body! Sessions were an hour long and I felt better after each one. I went to Graham Rehab for approximately 3 weeks after the accident. I would have continued treatment with Graham if I didn't have to fly back home (I was only visiting Seattle when all this happened). I love that this office has so many services under the same roof. I have been to Dr Graham for chiropractic procedures in the past. The clinic used to be on Second Avenue. I remember I loved the treatment I was getting from Dr Graham even while I was pregnant with my daughter for back and neck pain. My headache seemed to disappear. But this time I am getting physical therapy since I got badly injured at work in June. I first started going to ATI near my house which is more of a national chain physical therapy place. I was not so happy with them after 4sessions so I've switched to Graham rehab. I really like it better. Graham Rehabilitation and Wellness and the Ideal Protein program were amazing. Lori was such an encouraging coach and very knowledgeable during my weight loss journey. She's seen a wide variety of weight loss difficulties and always had the right information to share at each stage of my personal journey. After my second baby, I couldn't lose the extra pounds I had put on. I literally tried everything and was exercising almost daily without seeing the results I wanted. Yes, I was phisically getting stronger and I was definitely stronger cardiovascularly but, I just didn't feel the way I wanted to feel in my clothes. (Muffin-topping is not my idea of fitting into pants!) I learned about the program through a girlfriend who wanted to look "killer" after a split with her husband (and yes, she looked incredible). I debated whether the program was right for me for a while and then finally decided it was time to make a move. My husband and friends were supportive and before I knew it, I started dropping the weight. Ideal Protein is magical. The weight just fell off. It's hard to say "no' to specific foods during the first part of phase 1 but Lori encouragingly kept me on track. I stayed on schedule with my IP food and made sure I had something in my purse if I got stuck in a meeting or a kid's birthday party and couldn't eat what was offered. I found that there was typically "something" I could eat at a function and that made it easier to stay on target. I've been off of the diet about 10 months and have gained a couple of water weight pounds back but am always amazed at how much my weight has stabilized. i didn't enjoy the physical therapy. they asked me to do very little... very little. When asking a friend who is also a physical therapist, she was astounded by how they were working with me. I stopped going and started working with my friend instead. It made a world a difference. I felt the Dr's do good work but there was things that annoyed me. Specifically he would say things like "oh ya that felt great" when nothing popped. Told me i needed to come back 6 or 7 times. When i pushed back - he said 2 to 4 would actually be good too. Their job is to make you better. which i believe they are but they are also selling you at the same time. I just annoyed me but it is the business. i get it but i just didn't really like it. read more

Really appreciate the team here, and the new location is fantastic. Started in late 2011 with another provider, but have been seeing Dr. Walsh for quite a while now. I only need maintenance appointments every four to five weeks, after all the work that I initially did to get my neck back into its correct shape. It's useful to be able to see the visible difference going to a good chiropractor has made (thanks to X-Ray), as well as the complete lack of headaches that I used to get. I feel very safe during my sessions, and believe that I'm headache-free today because of the work that we've done and continue to do. Dr. Walsh is a talented and caring provider, and I've always appreciated talking with him. I particularly appreciate his ability to provide encouragement and support for my overall health. I wish there was a way to have two different ratings on Yelp for the same business. Quick summary: I do NOT recommend seeing Jaime Mayr for physical therapy Daniel Walsh (Chiropractor) was great! April Cannon (PTA) was also great! All the rest of the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly! The new office location is very nice! Here are my reasons: I recently finished going to Graham Rehabilitation & Wellness Center. I started going there for neck pain. My last appointment was a re-evaluation with the PT (Jaime). The purpose of this appointment is to repeat the diagnostic tests that were done on my first appointment and compare them to see my progress. The other important aspect is to go over all the exercises and ask questions to make sure I understand what I need to do in the future. This last part is where things went wrong. I remember during my first appointment with the PT (Jaime), I did not enjoy interacting with her. She gave very general, almost robotic answers. She got irritated when I asked a few follow up questions. It seemed like she expects you to just take what she says as gospel, without questioning any part of it. After my first appointment, luckily I only worked with the PTA (April) from then on. She was very friendly, and happy to answer any questions I had. Back to my re-eval, at the end of the appointment I had a few test results that showed areas that still need work. I asked her what I can do to strengthen these areas. Her response was very general, basically saying come back for more PT. So I asked again, this is how she responded, "it seems like I'm repeating myself, what exactly are you not clear on?" This was very abrupt, she was rude and condescending. If something is not clear to me, the patient, she should ask herself why her communication has failed. I spoke up and said that I disagreed with her, she isn't repeating herself, because she never answered my question. If I don't come back to PT, what can I do to strengthen these areas at home? She said, "There is nothing you can do." This is unprofessional and untrue, there is no way that this is the case. She was irritated by my question and took it out on me, her patient. In February, I started developing strong shoulder pain. I started working with Dr. McKenzie to figure out what kind of treatment I needed back in early April. Since then, I've had chiropractic treatment from him and physical therapy with a PTA by the name of April Cannon. The staff are wonderfully positive and take great care to remember each patient. Additionally, they've worked with me on figuring out my insurance and payment plans. Currently my shoulder is nearly back to 100% with a significant increase to my range of movement, all without pain. It used to be so bad that I change my shirt without pain. The staff and doctors were very friendly, but unfortunately they didn't fix my problem. I was disappointed that they never gave me exercises or stretches in between chiropractic appointments and only suggested a few things when I asked. Additionally, the physical therapy sessions were exactly the same each time - the exercises didn't vary much and I ended up walking myself through the entire session on my own a few times. I have seen a lot of Physical Therapists in my life but this new PT at Graham is the best I have ever worked with. Dr David Valencia is crazy knowledgeable and really takes his time, asks a lot of questions and really cares. I was in constant agony with a pinched nerve in my neck and was close to pursuing a surgery to fix my problem. PT was my last ditch effort to avoid a surgery and I was not that convinced that it would help. David pulled me out of my misery and gave me hope and then re educated my mind and body so that I can not only get better but stay better. I have an L5/S1 rupture and I've been going to Dr. Graham for years. Can't recommend him highly enough, and frankly can't believe that I haven't reviewed the clinic on Yelp yet given that I have given them so many word-of-mouth recos over the years. My wife and I have also participated in their 21-Day Cleanse which I highly recommend. Update: Years later and Graham Rehab has saved me once again. I have (had) a compressed brachial plexus which resulted in partial loss of use of my left hand. It was scary. I couldn't get enough pinch pressure to open a child proof cap. I've seen/see just about everyone here. Both Dr Graham and Dr Saunders are great Chiropractors. Each doctor has different techniques so you have the options to choose which is right for you without having to switch to a new office. Dr. Groven is by far the best PT ever! Never makes you feel rushed, listens to what you tell him but still challenges you. He is also a very personable fun guy. He has a great array of equipment and some high tech stuff too. Ask for heat and get him to let you try out the vibe plate. (sounds wrong I know but funny!) I've only had Laurel as a massage therapist and she is amazing!! I am not into the spa type massage, I want someone to kick my ass and make the muscles hurt. She is good at this, although asks to make sure you get what you are looking for. I have heard really good things about Sunny though too! The front desk staff is amazing. The best I have ever worked with. They keep track of your insurance qualifications, they are good at getting you in to fit your schedule, helpful and generally great people!! Go in..I promise you will not regret it! read more

My chiropractor was great but I eventually stopped going because of bogus charges from the billing department. After being assured multiple times over the course of a few months that my account was paid in full I got a letter threatening to send me to collection if I didn't pay. When I called the billing department they couldn't explain what the charge was for but still required me to pay. When I pushed back they gave me a 25% discount. read more

This place is great! Dr. Graham came highly recommended by a friend of mine, so I went to see him with serious neck pain about two months ago. It felt like a pinched nerve that wouldn't go away, with shooting pain from my shoulder blade to the base of my skull. Dr. Graham was able to see me right away, and after just a few visits, the pain was already greatly reduced. I started out going three times a week for a few weeks, then down to two. Now, eight weeks later, the pain is almost completely eliminated, and I'm down to one visit per week. I also saw Dr. Royal a couple of times, and he's great too. They are both friendly and professional, and you never feel like they're trying to rush off to their next appointment. Luckily, I didn't need physical therapy, but they offer it if you need it. And Dr. Graham has been helping me with other diet and exercise changes that I was interested in. He is truly concerned with his patients' overall wellness. The staff here is also really friendly and helpful, and the check-in process goes really smoothly. They'll even send you text appointment reminders if you need them (which I do). I like Graham Wellness mostly because of the admin staff. They are super helpful and friendly, that makes a difference. I do like my masseurs too, they are good. The reason this is a 3 star is because of the facility : normally all appointments are not on time, you have to wait for a while, but the facility has no internet to provide to waiting customers/ patients, and that makes waiting for 30 mins very painful while I know that i need to use my computer to kill the time instead. It is small investment of 70 bucks for internet/month, the facility can do better than this. I am using their neighbor internet to write this review. Another thing is, while the appointments do not normally start on time, the massage session should still be kept as 1 hour. read more

I went to my appointment that day and met with Dr. Groven. He was great! He asked me about the pain I was having and I told him all about it. He checked out my back and then told me in "normal" terms what he thought was going on. I asked him a lot of questions and he provided great answers. I made another appointment. The next appointment I met with Dr. Graham for an adjustment. Just doing our conversation I had mentioned to him that I was a runner and had been trying to heal from a knee injury. He took a look at my knee and told me that one of the bones in my lower leg was stuck in the joint. He adjusted my leg and my ankle. Before the adjustment I could only run about 2-3 miles before I had massive pain and now after the adjustment i'm back to running up to 4-5 and i'm completely pain free! He is amazing! I spent a lot of $$ with a sports medicine doctor and a couple months prior and in just one visit with Dr. Graham he completely fixed my knee problem. Overall I've been going to see these guys for about 3 or 4 weeks getting both adjustments from Dr. Graham and physical therapy with Dr. Groven and I already feel like I've come a long way. I feel better after each appointment and I'm already seeing great results. Everyone in the office is really excellent and I'm very happy for making the decision to make that first appointment and continue my care there.
