We had Right Way completely replace all the tiles on our pool Nov. 2021, seemed good at the time,…read morehowever last year the tiles started falling off again after just 4 years. We did discuss with them last spring fixing the ones that fell off, they gave us an estimate for repair, which we felt was too high as the tiles had never been applied properly to the pool wall. See the pictures of what we are seeing today all of the tiles will likely fall off as the year goes. Based on research, pool tiles should last and stay in place at least 10-15 years or more if applied correctly, these didn't even make it half way. I really expected a quality job from them, but I guess not. See pictures of how the tiles are looking today.

She is sharp, has all the answers (can schedule on her own, apparently, and knows what the leak detection report costs and even what it would cost (as I suspect is necessary) to replace my skimmer, which has a big crack in it. She sent FORREST to do the leak detection, and he did the skimmer replacement. I think I still have another problem, which he couldn't find, but I'd rather wait to know for sure anyway. He was honest in telling me, Kylie confirmed, and I'll wait until the ground (at the edge of EML lake) dries in the summer, and the leak may get worse. On repair day, Forrest showed up on time, and he and his helper were personable. Oh, and check out troublefreepool.com. There is a way to do a COMPLETE JOB HERE. It finally couldn't go any longer. We called Brakefield Pool and the owner, Jay, came out. He confirmed it indeed was time. Our tile grout was starting to come out too. Quoted us a very fair price (we had looked around and they were pretty much on par) for replastering. They did try to save our tile so it wasn't an extra cost but Jay showed me how water was getting behind the tiles and gently tapping them I saw 3 tiles fall off and agreed. They replastered, new tile and grout and sealed the deck (that was our choice). Never felt pressured to get anything. Very upfront and honest and takes the time to make sure you understand what/why they're doing.

I was referred to Chris via one of the Facebook groups. We were in the middle of closing our house…read moreafter the TX winter storm hit. Closing was delayed for 3 weeks because of plumbing and pool issues from the freeze. There was this specific part that everyone seem to be looking for. It was a hard find, but during the time it took to get to the sellers to fix the pool, I reached out to Chris and he said he had used part that was still good. He was willing to help us by letting us "borrow" the part until the new one arrived. By doing this, it allowed us to get the pool running and get the other issues fixed. We were able to close on the house that week. On top of that, he dropped off the part and picked it up. This is an extreme act of kindness. He doesn't even know who we are. He didn't demand or ask us to use his service. Most people would say we have to use their service to get the part. We didnt because the seller used their own pool guy and the guy was already involved from the beginning of the process. The people in the FB group highly recommended Chris because he came to fix their pool and their neighbors' pools. Everyone was having pool issues and it was so hard to get parts and for someone to come out. I really appreciate Chris for his generosity and for helping a stranger. We will be using him after we move into our house. This says a lot about someone. I hardly post reviews but I do when they did something super awesome and kind. Thank you so much, Chris!!!
