I assume if they ever get it fixed by the end of summertime, conveniently my family will have to pay to winterize the pool. If you have an option to go somewhere else, I'll probably certainly would and if they make this right, I will change the review, but until then it stays.

Alright? But again, we worked with a sales person and we would not know how to look for that within the sales document. Now a year later, we cannot get in the hot tub unless someone sleeps at the lake house over night and turns it on at 9 am since we cannot turn it on remotely. So, beware of the salesman. Also, at the time of purchase it was 2024, why sell anything without Bluetooth? Also we had to have two pool schools because the first person who arrived did not how to even use our salt hot tub.

After one year, it began leaking. When I called Leslie's, I was told "we don't work on them" and to call an HVAC company. Not one word about warranties or coverages or anything else... Just "we don't work on them". Over the past three years we have had three HVAC companies and two pool companies come out and tell us they cant work on them because they can't get parts. Somebody finally told us that Leslie owns Jacuzzi pool equipment. When I called Leslie's, they admitted they did own them and that this unit was under manufacturers warranty, and I would have to talk to the manufacture. The lack of help was blamed on prior management. The manufacturer tells me they will only cover parts and I'm responsible for the service call and all labor. Just a warning. D9 not buy any pool heaters or equipment from Leslie's pool.

Had his wife Brandi Clair tell us" only the impatient ones are giving us a bad review, and we are a small pool company". When deck was being poured (March 2021) Darrel actually told us we owned him an additional 400 hundred dollars due to the extra cement. Funny that was the design we agreed on in May 2020. Again we paid the cement guys directly. Then he pulled some crap ordering the plaster sub contractors to leave because we where not going to pay him until he completed the job. So we paid him and he disappeared again without completing the mastic sealant around coupling. So we waited another four weeks and was told to "Hold our horses". Going on seven weeks with no contractor out here to mastic. No worries we had to finish that too! Google search how long it takes to build a pool whether here in Texas or any other state. After design time 6- 14 weeks on the outside! So please don't lie and tell us you can't get contractors to show because it's busy, Covid, small pool company, snowmageddon, or supplies being low. Neither one of you are a professional,hard working or honest pool contractors. You're Gougers. You tarnish the reputation of good pool contractors, church friends and family. All you had to do was finish timely, be professional responsible courteous contractors and up hold your end of the contract without excuses.
