It felt like it was binding. I called Jeff's Backyard to ask if there is something that I can do to adjust or fix it. The person who answered said he was the owner and that he doesn't sell the BGE any longer and knows nothing about them. He said I would have to call the Manufacturer. I was sold this BGE by them and for them to just direct me to BGE is very disappointing. I paid them the $2500 and is very disappointing this is all they could tell me. Then this person I spoke with said he is a new owner of two years and there is nothing he would do to help. He was very short and abrupt with me from the moment he answered the call. Please think twice before buying from this place. You would think that he would like to keep me as a customer and help in any way, but nothing. Poor Customer service. This experience was very disappointing.

Maybe it's because we are not from around here, but we have always had our tanks weighed and paid for what they put in. Maybe that's just how it's done here? I wouldn't call it cheap or excessive. If you're buying a play set, just call Joe Swing Man! Let him do it! We are so incredibly happy with Joe. Our play set experience would have been a nightmare without him, and it was so incredibly easy instead. We waited too long to buy a play set that we wanted to have ready as a birthday present for our boys. We were having trouble finding anything that would get here in time, and we had no idea what was possible because our yard isn't completely level. We also saw from reviews that some play sets were cheap and broke down quickly, but it was hard to tell which ones were decent quality. We found Joe through the Gorilla play sets website because he was the only authorized installer. We are so glad we called him! Joe came out when he was in the area. He told us which play sets would fit in the area we have. He told us which play set brands would be decent quality. He let us know who has good customer service and gets things delivered when they say they will and who doesn't. He let us know the best way to get the play sets the fastest (ordering directly from the manufacturer), and that's how we got a good one here in just a week. Then he and Don put together the play set in a day. He modified it to make it fit and to make it level and used his own stakes to make it incredibly sturdy. He even brought treats for the dogs and spray for a wasp nest. This guy has been doing this a long time, and he knows it all! If we had somehow found time to do this ourselves, it would have taken days and would have been off-balance and dangerous, and I would not have let my kids on it. If you're going to spend money on a play set, you might as well let Joe make it a long-lasting safe, sturdy play set and save yourself the headache. Just call Joe.

I was lucky to get a few monthly specials of upgrades. The crew came out and built the shed in 1 day. My only worry was they made me pay in full upfront in two parts: a half deposit to hold my special quote price and then pay the other half (in full) at scheduling. For people who've been scammed before like I have been, this can be a hard trust, but luckily they reassured me that they're a mostly 5-star company and wouldn't disappoint, and it did all work out. I think they should also give a heads-up reminder about the crew coming a day before, since scheduling can sometimes be far out ahead in time. I accidentally forgot and was out of town, but luckily I'd left my back yard unlocked for them to go back there and complete the job. Shed looks great. Thank you guys.

Once it was delivered several prices were broken, the main swing beam, one of the main legs, part of the treehouse, and it was missing the spiral slide. The wood was extremely weathered, so much so that it looked 20 years old. At first the dealership suggested that I make a claim which included paying a $200 maintenance call to replace broken pieces and stain the entire set. I refused to pay a fee since I literally just purchased the set! I emailed, called, left massages with zero communication from the sales representative or regional sales representative. I ended up up having to call the main line to file a complaint because it had been 3 months with no communication and we were still missing our spiral side. They gave me the name and office number for the owner of the franchise, he too never returned my call. However, I did speak to someone in his office which lead to some repairs and delivery of our slide after 4 months of actively trying to get this resolved. We spent a fortune on this set and I honestly wish I would have gone with another company!

Now she is stuck with a very expensive playset that is not safe for my grandson and probably has to be replaced...but I will not use Rainbow. I was going to buy one for my other grandson from Rainbow but am definitely going to look somewhere else. Also, while installing they stopped halfway through and left all the material all over the yard for days which was not safe for a toddler. Very bad quality and bad customer service! Heads up, the price to get in was a shock at first. Something like $49.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids. I had a mini stroke . Then I saw how excited the girls were about the hay ride, barrell train, huge sand pit, a small petting zoo, TONS of playground equipment, cornhole, outdoor bowling, a basketball hoop, an old firetruckand and so much more. I was excited that all activities were included in the cost. Plenty of photo opps. Great prices on basic snacks, drinks and of course pumpkins. They also had wagons we could use. The kids enjoyed painting their pumpkins. I enjoyed not needing to clean up a mess at home afterwards. The staff was great too.
