If I could give a zero review I would! We purchased a huge system from them in February and it took months to get it delivered, several date changes on their part. Once it was delivered several prices were broken, the main swing beam, one of the main legs, part of the treehouse, and it was missing the spiral slide. The wood was extremely weathered, so much so that it looked 20 years old. At first the dealership suggested that I make a claim which included paying a $200 maintenance call to replace broken pieces and stain the entire set. I refused to pay a fee since I literally just purchased the set! I emailed, called, left massages with zero communication from the sales representative or regional sales representative. I ended up up having to call the main line to file a complaint because it had been 3 months with no communication and we were still missing our spiral side. They gave me the name and office number for the owner of the franchise, he too never returned my call. However, I did speak to someone in his office which lead to some repairs and delivery of our slide after 4 months of actively trying to get this resolved. Absolutely do not use this company. The wood that was used was split and chipped. The bolts loose. Installers did not know what they were doing. Put things on backward, etc. Didn't know how to use a level even so my son-in-law had to supervise. When my daughter contacted the company, they refused any help. Now she is stuck with a very expensive playset that is not safe for my grandson and probably has to be replaced...but I will not use Rainbow. I was going to buy one for my other grandson from Rainbow but am definitely going to look somewhere else. Also, while installing they stopped halfway through and left all the material all over the yard for days which was not safe for a toddler. Very bad quality and bad customer service! Rated one star but it shouldn't be even that. read more

We purchase a large play set from Rainbow Play Station in early November 2020. They were supposed to deliver on January 1, 2021, but they called in December to reschedule for January 5, 2021 due to a scheduling error. The day before our delivery date the distribution manager called to confirm, and then called a second time to let me know that they did not have all of our order. I was unhappy about that and questioned him on why that was happening after waiting months already, he was defensive and had no valid answer. His response was basically we will get it to you when we are ready to deliver it. They came the next day to install what they had the install appeared to go well under the circumstances of not having everything. However, 3 pieces of the wooden frame had split wood which the installers pointed out to us and notated, and later after they left we found nuts in the yard which lead to finding loose bolts so I tightened what appeared to be loose. My wife called to talk to someone, on the day of delivery, about getting a date when the rest of our purchase would come. She first spoke with a Maria, who was extremely rude to her on the phone and then called the sales person, Debra who was polite and said she would hunt things down and get back with us. We never head back from Debra. On January 12th, I was contacted by someone stating they wanted to schedule delivery of the rest of our items on January 20th and she told me they had not received them yet, but expected to get them before the 20th and would contact me if something changed. Today is the January 20th, no one contacted me to cancel and no one showed so I called them. Apparently, they still do not have the rest of my order or the replacement parts and they are on back order from the supplier. I asked if the supplier had provided an estimate on these items and they said no, so I then asked so "Your supplier just basically is telling you that it will be there when it gets there and you are passing that same message on to me" she simply said "Yes" (This was Maria). The playground is fun....but in my opinion this is a horribly managed business especially given the price of these playgrounds. I understand things being on back order, however the lack of information, communication, customer services, and delivering results in todays world is just no acceptable. I will update this on what I perceive will be a continued battle and series of disappointments to finally get what we actually paid for from this organization. read more

Do not go to this location!!! We spent a lot on this trampoline and the mat ripped 3 years later. We had to get a new one. Apparently no longer covered under warranty. We paid $250 for them to come and put it up for us because we moved. It's been TWO months before they can come put back up. Today was the day they were supposed to come. No call or nothing and i just called and they rescheduled me. I took the day off work and am beyond frustrated. Trust me, go elsewhere. Even if it's a different Rainbow location. WARNING DO NOT RENT TO OWN FROM THIS COMPANY Worst decision and worst investment ever, I was trying to surprise my kids for Christmas and buy one of these equipment play sets and the process has been horrible from the start! I wish I would've read all the reviews before hand and if I did I would've took my money elsewhere! The system was installed so close to my house that the slide isn't usable because the kids will slide down and run straight into the wall! And not only that it was assembled incorrectly to the point that as a mother I don't trust my kids climbing or playing on the other parts of the play system with it being 6ft in the air! I called and complained and they just keep giving me the run around so I plan on filing a police report on this company, If they don't come fix it, now they don't even answer the phone! I've been wanting a large Green Egg for a long time and I finally ordered one from Eddie with Rainbow Play Systems. He came out and set it up for me and showed me how to use it and everything. These are awesome grills. I've got friends with the knockoffs and they just aren't the same. I cooked, 4 steaks, a ton of chicken and bacon wrapped jalapenos this past Saturday on two handfuls of charcoal. The ability to control the temps perfectly is unmatched by any other grill I've ever owned. Definitely buy the accessories, they are designed by Green Egg enthusiast specifically for the Green Egg. read more

It is very apparent the salesmen are paid on commission. I felt more uncomfortable looking at children's play equipment than going to used car dealership. They are very pushy in trying to give you a quote and get information from you. I gave them my phone number and email and have regretted ever since. For over six months now I have continually received emails and phone calls from this rainbow play system location. They go so far as to continually call with prerecorded messages. I asked several times to be taken off of their email distro to no avail. I finally contacted their regional office to be taken off. I received another prerecorded message at 10am and it started by saying good evening. I immediately called the salesman and asked to be removed from their call list. Hopefully that is the end of it. I didn't realize how pushy and harassing a company that sells children's play equipment could be! I do not recommend rainbow play systems!! We had a reservation for my sisters baby shower and when we got there everything was dirty, they didn't bother to set up the venu such as the trash cans and the restrooms were locked! Nobody was on site nobody was answering the phones so we got no help! No keys or anything to the restroom. We have quite a bit of people coming and no where to use the bathroom. Bull shit. read more
