They have some really neat stuff! I've been to Monarch once or twice before to pick up engraved trophies for a couple of events and they've looked beautiful each time. The representatives are super professional and make sure you get exactly what you're looking for, while the store's layout makes it easy to see everything quickly at a glance. It's fairly easy to find whatever you're in store for, and they have a couple of representatives stationed throughout the store to offer assistance. My most recent visit was for a few of their Fiesta medals. I'd never purchased any from them before but they were just as pretty as the trophies I'd previously picked up. In addition to the medal I'd chosen from their display area, I was lucky enough to grab one of their mystery grab bags which contained 10 medals from previous years before another customer came in less than five minutes after me and bought everything else on the table. While that kind of scalper behavior has always disgusted me, I'm honestly surprised Monarch didn't have a limit per customer on the bags. If they hadn't advertised they'd done a 'restock by popular demand' I would have thought that they just really wanted to get rid of those older medals, but I'm sure there were people who missed out because of that guy's greed. Maybe implement that limit next year, Monarch? I won't be surprised if I return for trophies, Fiesta medals, and possibly more products in the future. They're worth looking into for customizations, awards, graduation needs, and more! read more

Not the best location for a turn around on awards for army gifts. They won't give you a proof for 24/48hrs unfortunately. To me I'd take that as not so military friendly. Told me I should of came in the middle of the day, but I'm obviously working. To bad, would of got a lot of business out of me if helpful, would of even paid more to get it done. This studio has destroyed several of our items over the years. First, was two yeti koozies. The first was engraved completely off centered and when they attempted to fix a second one they put an oddly huge font for the size of the koozie. This week we brought in a leather journal cover to be engraved and embossed with gold. The job was horrible quality and we have to re order and find a new vendor because the journal was destroyed and we can not give it as a gift. The letters were not even and gold leaf was marked up over the journal around the letters. I only recommend Monarch if you like to give crappy gifts or waste your time and money. read more

This place just isn't about trophies! They can etch a Yeti tumbler for you. I had some tumblers in light pink that I wanted to personalize. I dropped them off at Monarch Trophy. I created an image on my computer and emailed it to them. They had it ready in two days for $20 per tumbler. Makes a great gift! read more

I called them last Friday 2/3 at 10am and asked them if they could do me a BIG favor. I told them that I was in from CA and needed two small plaques made for my brother because the next morning I was going to have a Marine Corp Color Guard present him with an incased flag and a letter from the White House. This was for his distinguished service in WWII. They stepped right up to the plate and said that they would accommodate me and that I could have it by 5pm that night. A friend and I got a trophy done for our class advisor at the AMEDD Center and Schools. When we went to pick it up about an hour before our farewell dinner they handed it to us without reviewing it. Being in a hurry for dinner reservations, we left. Only after leaving did I notice that "AMEDD" was spelled "Ammed". I called back to verify that I had written it correctly when it was ordered, which I did. I explained the proper spelling and asked them to start on it and I would turn around to pick it up since they explained it would only take about 10 minutes to correct. No problem, right?.... WRONG! We go back to the shop expecting it to have already been started, but they hadn't even pulled the file when we got there. I explained once again, the way it should be spelled and that it was an acronym, not a word, and that we were in a hurry for reservations. Well, 25 minutes later they come out with the trophy, again not reviewing it with us. Once again, being in a hurry and giving them the benefit of the doubt that there was no way they could screw it up twice, we left. It person which we presented it to informed us at the dinner that it was yet again misspelled, as they had only capitalized it and had not fixed the spelling, which we clearly explained, TWICE! We left a message for the manager to call us back, which he never did, then went back to the shop shortly after and the only thing I got was a "Sorry, here is the cost of the engraving".... $12. While the staff there is friendly, it does not make up for a lack of competence. No quality control whatsoever. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I sent an email requesting a quote for an engraved plate to put on fountain. Coree responded and made the process very easy. I picked up my plate and while I was there, I noticed the beautiful name badges they had. We ordered them for our staff and noticed a mistake when I went to pick them up. I approved the proof so they didn't have to correct the mistake but they did so same day! I am very grateful and will always give them my business for this type of service and refer them. After I was told a 24 character engraving would be $22 and take 12-20 days at Michael's, the employee who had been helping me suggested I try Monarch Trophy. Just down the road on 281, I walked in, gave them the flag case I needed engraved; they quoted me $6, gave me a proof and said come back in 3 business days. When I came back I was disappointed to see that they had misspelled Capitol as Capital...my proof sheet even had capitol on it. I had to convince the customer services rep that yes, I was sure I wanted it spelled as capitol with an "o". Whatever the case, they fixed my engraving, right there on the spot, took 5 minutes. I walked out a happy customer. This is a great place to go for work related going away gifts and other special personalized gifts. If your workplace is anything like mine, someone is retiring literally every week. Their selection is quite large and their prices are way more competitive than the places my co-workers had been using. I'm a fan. read more

Monarch is such an outstanding company to work with! Customer service is impeccable and they do pretty much anything in their power to make the customer happy. I've worked with them for years and I've never had any issues that couldn't be either fixed or corrected by them. They carry a wide range of ribbons, awards and trophies... something for the desk or something to hang on the wall... personalized or a blank standard... you decide. There have been a couple of times where I'd drop a job on them at the last minute and they had our format ready to go. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted engraved and they had it for me as early as 10 the next morning (and I'd have JUST placed my order 5pm the day before)! Disappointed on the charge for engraving of my cup and the size of engraving. Found my mug damaged as it was returned. I politely emailed to voice my concerns and was told that my brand new mug was not damaged in their possession and that it was not a YETI it was a BOSS mug. I guess this makes a difference in how my product was taken care of. It has been 3 weeks since my mug was engraved and the engraving is rubbing off!!
