I did a same-day order for a military blues name plate and they were so kind and accommodating! They made sure they had all the details right and let me know as soon as it was ready! Worth the money and super convenient when you're in a pinch!!! 10/10 read more

Very accommodating. Nancy was great and she worked quickly to make sure they could adhere to my timeline. The options were good but the topper wasn't available so she made sure to get that ordered. The price was spot on and I am definitely appreciative of this business. I don't have the order yet so if you don't see an update, that means I am still very happy with everything! read more

Ordered a shadow box online for a family member who retired from the army after 21 years. Attached to the shAdow box, we requested a plaque, they forgot to attach. But thankfully noticed and called to see if we still wanted it. Yes we did. When opening the package, it was noted the box is chipped. It appears it was chipped prior to being put in the box and shipped as there was not any loose pieces in the box. We discussed fixing it ourself as we needed it by a certain date but could only match the color not as easy to fix the chip on the shadow box. I sent an email notifying the company about the damaged product. And got a response on December 23 stating. That's terrible. I apologize. I can't imagine us shipping anything that was not 100%. I will speak to the owner and get back to you. As of today we have not gotten a response back. It may not seem like a big deal but with shipping we paid over 300.00. This is in honor of a man who spent over 21 years in the army and box that will be looked at on a daily basis. read more

Texas Trophies - Trophy Shops Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Awesome business, customer service, and products! Had to get a last minute gift and the employees worked with me to get it done the very next day. Very accommodating and professional staff! read more

I am a Marine Corps veteran and was excited to get my medals mounted at Texas Trophies. We provided all of the patches, ribbons and mounted metals needed; one medal needed to be added the set previously mounted (which they said they could do). They worked with us on the layout and we were happy to see what the final result would be. Upon receipt of the mock up photo we noticed that the one medal they had to mount was done with FAR less precision then the others we provided. When we called to get this corrected we were treated rudely by Laura who kept talking over my wife and was extremely unprofessional and condescending. We decided at that point we would be taking our business elsewhere. When I went into talk to the manager, Laura stayed at his side and made sure that I knew that she was his daughter; the only reason a person like Laura has a job, with such a lack of customer service skills, is to work for Daddy. He was friendly but not apologetic. Unfortunately they will stay in business because of pure volume being close to the Air Force base but it is a shame that a company that does so much business with the military treats veterans so poorly. There are other options out there that will respect your military memorabilia and provide you with a product equal to the precision and standards you would want to reflect your military career. Shame on Texas Trophies for disrespecting veterans and their families and being satisfied with sub-par quality. read more

Pros: very friendly, convenient to Lackland AFB, they were able to make an Air Force Name tag while I waited (30 minutes). They have a lot of trophy and award plaques on display. Cons: the area can feel a little sketchy but it's pretty safe. It's just in an older section of town. read more

A great little trophy shop with a surprisingly large selection, good prices, and friendly service. They deliver on time and on target. Give 'em a try! read more

I can't say enough how AWESOME Tania @ Texas Trophies is!!! She is so professional and cordial.. She's attentive and listens - she is the epitome of outstanding customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend Texas Trophies! I've gotten name plates, signs, and a I must say.. HIGH QUALITY work!! read more

I had a short notice need of shadow box for a retired Navy chief ceremony. Tania bent over backwards from beginning to end to make it happen. And the workmanship on the shadowbox was absolutely beautiful. They are a very busy shop, so don't procrastinate like I did and get your order in well in advance. This is a great shop! read more

Dropped off a simple engraving job, was not accomplished and didn't receive notification they would not be able to meet my deadline for the job (so maybe I could've found someone else to do the job), thus I'll be unable to present to the intended individual. Texas Trophies will not get any of my business or any of my customers. All I have from them is, "I'm really sorry". Poor customer service, lack of common courtesy. read more

Working with ownership is great. If unable to do that, customer service is not helpful. I attempted 2 inquiries for a recurring order - one online with no response, and the other over the phone with little help and an indifference towards my business. I was hoping for some direction, and options, but was told they couldn't send me anything, that I'd need to go into the store to decide. The only locations are not close, and there is an online presence, so I'm not sure why products would not be available somehow. I have been happy with the product and turnaround in the past, but the service was disappointing. It doesn't seem like they want to go the extra step, or collaborate with customers, rather just take orders. read more

This is not a review this is a follow up to a review posted by Mike B. Upon reviewing the comment that Mike B made in regards to Laura. First and foremost I would like to state that Mike B truly shows how disrespectful he and his wife are towards other people. I am sure the Marine Corps does not instill these type of values that he is displaying in his previous post. The comments in regards to being employed within a family business and being a daddy's girl Etc was a display of the lack of integrity and the values that were instilled by the Marine Corps. Not to mention an officer of the Marine Corps. Mike B needs to be aware that Laura has been retired three and a half years from a four letter acronym company that deals a lot with the military and has been requested to come out of retirement on several occasions due to her experience and her professionalism. My wife chooses to go to a family business everyday because she cares and she enjoys working with the military and other clients. Let me not fail to mention that my wife has a bachelor's degree from UIW along with a master's degree from Trinity. Mike B should not be making comments in regards to my wife that he does not know from Adam. Mike B had no experience at Texas trophies his spouse did so the information provided was second hand and one-sided. What was failed to be stated was when Mike B's wife came in she was on a time crunch in regards to the shadow box. Laura called down to the Woodshop and and she was able to move a couple boxes around in order to accommodate Mike B's wife's request. No where in his previous comment was that stated. When Laura was very accommodating there was no problem dealing with her. Mike B's wife actually gave Laura praise, upon departure of the establishment. I would also like to mention that Mike B's wife brought in the medal in question frayed and in sub par condition. If anyone disrespected a veteran's items to be displayed was Mike B's wife. She admitted to disassembling that medal in question. She thought that she would be able to assemble a box for her husband but was not up to the task since it does require precision and much attention to detail. I understand Mike B being a husband and accommodating his wife's complaints. Mike B did not state how his wife was ranting and raving so loud on the phone Laura had to hold the phone piece away from her ear which let other people in the office hear how she was very disrespectful towards another person. Laura could not get a word in edgewise whenever she thought she had a moment to interject with different ideas of presentation. Mike B's wife hostility was off the chart. Upon reviewing Mike B previous post for other establishments they are all negative with the exception of one for a church. From reading his post he obviously does not attend on a regular basis. People are entitled to post their complaints and their opinions but when you take it a step further and attack other peoples persona then you are just showing that you are a person with a lack of integrity and your moral compass may need some adjusting. So that should call into question all the post that Mike B have posted. Numerous establishments provide a poor customer service maybe it's not the establishment maybe it's the person writing the complaint who's the issue Texas trophies has produced countless shadow boxes through their 30 plus years of service from enlisted to very high-ranking officers that do not display subpar work as indicated by Mike B. There is a reason why shadow boxes are shipped throughout the United States and overseas. Texas trophies is not sustained in business due to the location, it is sustained in business due to the professionalism and the customer service that is provided within this establishment. If you read the other post for Texas trophies you will see the praise beams through their comments. Not very many family businesses stay Within within an industry for 30 plus years if they provide subpar work and horrible customer service please visit Texas trophies and see for yourself. read more

Thank you to your great team to help me in a pinch. At 4:40pm I realized I did not have a name tag and needed on at 7am the next day, they pulled through and get it done, and they went the extra step of leaving it in a place I could retrieve it when I arrived 10 minutes after closing time. read more

My bf and his team came here to make a plaque for their cross trained tech school graduation. They came close to closing on a Friday and Tanya stayed late to help them make the plaque perfect. We came to pick it up less than a week later and the craftsmanship was perfect. They also added the class photo for them and made it perfectly centered. I was so impressed by Tanya's customer service. The plaque also turned out beautiful and it will be an honor to hang in the school house. thank you so much!! read more

This place is awesome! They were able to work with me for even the craziest of requests. They were helpful and quick!
