For next year, I wanted all new shirts with my own unique logo. I searched the internet and found several companies that could do the job. I was surprised to see BMB Stitch Factory come up in my search. I was even more surprised to learn that they were located about two miles from my home. Instead of ordering on-line, I dropped into their storefront to meet with them and see their shirt selections in person. The lady I worked with there was awesome. She helped me find the shirts that would give me the best comfort and service as workshirts. Then, she even stitched two samples of my logo on black fabric so I could actually pick bettween stitiching styles and see what my shirts would look like before ordering. I liked the sample and ordered ten shirts on Monday, June 28th. They were ready to be picked up four days later, but I didn't get there until today. The shirts look fantastic. The price was fantastic. I will use BMB for all my future custom embroidery needs now because they are affordable, they do an excellent job, I can see and touch the merchandise for quality before selecting it, and the finished products are ready really fast. I plan to get some hats with the same logo for when I go out on duty. Maybe I'll get a jacket made for cold days. Who knows? They have some really neat stuff!…read more I've been to Monarch once or twice before to pick up engraved trophies for a couple of events and they've looked beautiful each time. The representatives are super professional and make sure you get exactly what you're looking for, while the store's layout makes it easy to see everything quickly at a glance. It's fairly easy to find whatever you're in store for, and they have a couple of representatives stationed throughout the store to offer assistance. My most recent visit was for a few of their Fiesta medals. I'd never purchased any from them before but they were just as pretty as the trophies I'd previously picked up. In addition to the medal I'd chosen from their display area, I was lucky enough to grab one of their mystery grab bags which contained 10 medals from previous years before another customer came in less than five minutes after me and bought everything else on the table. While that kind of scalper behavior has always disgusted me, I'm honestly surprised Monarch didn't have a limit per customer on the bags. If they hadn't advertised they'd done a 'restock by popular demand' I would have thought that they just really wanted to get rid of those older medals, but I'm sure there were people who missed out because of that guy's greed. Maybe implement that limit next year, Monarch? I won't be surprised if I return for trophies, Fiesta medals, and possibly more products in the future. They're worth looking into for customizations, awards, graduation needs, and more!
