I do graphic design & marketing campaigns for newly formed as well as smaller businesses here in San Antonio and surrounding areas. To make a short story long, I had a client who requested logo design, social media promotion, and marketing merchandise for a single event. They loved the design so much, they prepaid for the entire order (which included less than 20 t-shirts). Usually I will press them out in-house to keep overhead within budget and margins. Unfortunately, with only a few days until the event, a car ran a red light and hit me while I was riding my bicycle and drove off. At this point, everyone was pumped about the event, sponsors had been brought on, & the marketing projections looked great in regards to turnout. Yet, I was in a lot of pain and was convinced I wouldn't be able to fulfil the order. I decided to throw up a hail mary and stopped by Next Day Custom Tees the morning of event and to my surprise, Bianca, Mike, & everyone I interacted with was not only empathetic and understanding of my situation but were as professional & helpful as could be & saved my a** on that order. They were clearly very busy with orders that superseded my request that morning, yet somehow they knocked it out within hours & the finished products were flawless. The client requested a very bright pantone on dark fabric (not the easiest combo) so to ensure longevity and prevent any fading or ink-crack, they used an underbase (which is the equivalent of twice the work), they didn't hit me over the head on the price, and ultimately the customer was extremely pleased and the event was a huge success! Note: I have had situations in the past where I made an attempt to third party an order for whatever reason, and ALL the "local custom merchandise" Big Shots were either rude as hell, too busy to be bothered, or snobbishly unhelpful. So read no further and just call Next Day Custom Tees. They are legitimately the city's all around BEST! You won't be disappointed. In fact I plan on placing an another order this week for some embroidery work as well as some dye cut stickers for my own brand. Was unsatisfied with our Music Monday order. I understand a print shop isn't going to be a beacon of good communication but this was sub par. Instead of waiting until all the mockups were done, we got separate emails from different people at NDCT with mockups, usually forwarded between their team making it very hard to understand the chain of communication. The mockup sizes and the actual shirts were very different in person. I understand they put a disclaimer on the mockups about the scaling, but this wasn't really even close to how the shirts came out. And to a non-designer this can leave you pretty upset. Hats we got were never approved and embroidered on hats that could only fit small children. They offered to replace but honestly, not worth it. They only offered a new color. read more

I was referred by Esmeralda (review below mine) because I had been there when we needed all of those custom t shirts and they did an amazing job with them. I had been looking frantically for button pins because they were going to be for my father's funeral in honor of him. On Monday, I called early in the morning and I spoke to Andrew- who was so amazing and helpful. I had told him I needed 100 pins by tomorrow and he helped me with all the questions I had and made this difficult time a little more easier. I got my pins the next day around 2-3pm. Went in on a Monday, ordered shirts different sizes went over the grafics and placement, how I wanted them. went good even felt like they guy was being helpful cause it was my first order for my new company. He tells me ok they will be ready Monday I said ok that sounds good. Monday comes around so I call in and say hey I'm ready to go pick up the order I placed she couldn't find my order didn't even know I paid in full. Never heard of me I tell her I want my money back and she tells me that she will have someone call me back she can't cancel and refund. They never called like cowards so I call back they say I'm sending you the final prints today and the shirts can be ready by tomorrow. Tuesday comes no phone call no email, Wednesday comes no phone call no email so I call they still don't know who I am or what I ordered. I was recommended to this place by 2 different people so I tried my best to be patient. They finally tell me the shirts should be ready tomorrow which is Thursday. I said ok let's do it. Thursday comes around no phone call no email like I said cowards. So I call and said hey they said my order would be done today can I go pick them up she then said oh they are working on them now won't be ready till 5pm. I ask don't you close at 5??? She then said oh yea I guess tomorrow they will be ready. Friday comes and no phone call no email no notice that they are ready so I call. They say they are ready for me to go pick them up. Long story short this is bad business and they don't give a shit about us little guys or people starting off. I was put aside till it was too late and they didn't even have a reason just excuses. Don't go here if you are just starting off they will waste your time and money. You just can't fix laziness if you want shirts or prints or anything like that dont go here total waste of my time, business, and money. read more

I would LOVE to recommend this place to everyone!!!! I was looking for a place (locally) to make a large quantity of memorial shirts. The request came to me from a student at Churchill high school and the students there wanted memorial shirts (pretty much immediately) to wear in honor of a fellow student who passed away. I was recommended this place (as soon as I got involved) by several friends, AND I AM ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER! Angel, is the person I did the order with. At first it was a few questions I had here and there, Angel was very professional and he was very knowledgeable. He and myself worked on this for 2 days (business days that is) i never had to even go to the shop, as i was working these days. We worked together through several phone calls and emails, he STAYED ON TOP of this the whole time! He really made this a pleasant experience, he took all my calls, if he got busy, he returned my phone calls right away as promised. This review was for a shirt request I had in January 2017. I needed a custom shirt printed in a very short amount of time (less than 24 hrs) and they were able to get it done! It was just plain text on a black shirt but I was still impressed with the turnaround time. There was also a small mistake on the shirt but they immediately fixed it (with a new shirt) with no problems and no hassle - and on a Friday afternoon. Personally I liked the style and attitudes of the people working at the actual location - so nice and accommodating. I can't speak to large volume orders but if you're in the need for a custom shirt and fast they delivered beyond my expectations. read more

I called Next Day in a panic yesterday, around 10pm, needing 60 affordable shirts for my daycare's field trip today (it's a regulations thing). After speaking with the owner, we worked out a price that was competitive with other quotes I had gotten, but he said they could have the shirts done by end of business if I ordered by noon, whereas other shops told me 3 days minimum! Granted, I only needed white print on a colored shirt, and only on one side, but the entire job was done by 4:30. We are super happy with the quality (we have a detailed logo), the general smoothness of the transaction, and we will be coming back. Thank you for saving us in our time of need! read more
