Lone Pine Fruit and Espresso is a gem of a stop while traveling Hwy 97. We loaded up on fresh local fruit (cherries, apples, blueberries and apriums) and asparagus on the way home from a trip to the Oakanogan. Since my children have mealtime amnesia (I swear I just fed them...), we ordered sandwiches to go and wound up eating them on the lovely outdoor patio. There is even a fruit washing station outside on the porch if you want to eat your freshly purchased cherries or apples. We did not try the coffee but apparently it is locally roasted and they had all the usual coffee options (non-dairy milk, etc.). We will definitely stop here again on our next trip up Hwy 97! read more

Awesome! I come here every time we go down to Chelan. The food is so delicious and all fresh made. I love their ice cream and bakery section which is all homemade! They have lots of produce and meat fresh from farms nearby! Staff are very sweet and nice and quick with everything! Come here once you see it! read more

We have a small vacation home just a few miles south of Lone Pine, needlessly to say, we frequent it a lot! Lone Pine has great fruit, selection of wine, afternoon snacks and AWARD WINNING PIES!!!. Loan Pine has a wonderful spot outside to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon snack. The koi ponds are really neat. The overall building is a perfect setting for a roadside stand. My only suggestion (and keeping it from a 5 star) is Lone Pine should increase its morning menu. It really only serves AMAZING cinnamon rolls and bagels. read more

We stopped here to buy corn on the cob for dinner but found so much more! The local fruits are beautiful! We bought nectarines bigger than I have ever seen! Pluots, a cross between a plum and apricot, were impossible to pass up. There were still local cherries available to purchase. They have apple crumb or peach crumb pie LOADED with fruit and goodness. You can purchase a slice for $3.75/a la mode $1 more. They have hard ice cream that sells for $2.50/3.50/4.50 single, double, or triple scoops. Their outdoor landscape with shaded tables is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy your treats. A very fun family find! :) read more

We stayed at a house 2 miles down the and came to Lone Pine to get asparagus. The asparagus was fresh and tender. We got some ice cream too. If ice cream is all you get, you won't regret it. A lovely place to get fresh produce on the way to Chelan or just as a day trip. The staff inside were so sweet, they constantly doted on my dog. I got some ice cream but was worried about leaving my dog outside alone and one of the clerks brought it out to me and loved on my dog for a few minutes! We bought cherries,apricots,and hard cider and they said the cherries were picked fresh that day! They will also let you know when the best time for other fruits are and when to get them. Since the majority of them live in/near Chelan, they'll recommend places to eat and things to do in Chelan since its a popular summer vacation spot. The store itself isn't huge by any means, but is houses some wonderful items. They have locally crafted drinks, house wares, and trinkets. All the produce is fresh and local. They have ice cream from Umpqua (a local brand) in several different varieties of flavors. They have fresh sweet and savory pies, and plenty of other name-brand and local produced snacks for on the go. They have plenty of parking, shade, and outdoor seating, as well as plenty of space for fido to do his business and a lovely koi pond.
