They use organic and local ingredients, no preservatives, you can find them at the Omaha Farmers Market and Possibly soon at a Hy-Vee near you! Most of the selections are vegan! BONUS to me! As far as I know, they've been parking the truck there on Sundays from 12pm-4pm. We ordered one of each other the offerings on their menu because we wanted to try them all out. They have three different options, two of which come with vegan meat substitutes. You can get any of the three options as tacos or as a burrito. We ordered the "Attack-a-Original" as a burrito and the Attack-a-Red and Attack-a-Green as tacos. All were extremely good, flavors seriously on point. They range in spiciness from the original being mild and the green being the spiciest. All the ingredients taste fresh and they use authentic spices and seasonings. Tacos come in orders of three and are decent size (I got full after two) and the burrito is large as well. I'm so impressed with this place that I definitely will go back. That being said they are only getting 3 stars because they really missed big on several things. First my only request for the bar was that I as the groom wanted to have an Old Fashioned at my wedding. They didn't bring the proper ingredients. No Old Fashioned for me. Second we requested roasted potatoes and instead got mashed potatoes. They tasted great but again not what we asked for. Third My wife needed gluten free so we had two desserts one gluten free cake and one not gluten free, they mixed them together at the end of the night so no left over cake for my wife. Fourth some random woman came into the venue to snoop prior to the wedding so a catering staff member took upon themselves to show her around and they walked in on my wife while she was changing. Fifth we were given a personalized bottle of Champagne to commemorate the event that was thrown away at the end of the night by the staff as they were cleaning. None of this was really major and certainly didn't ruin our night but left a very bad taste in our mouth about every recommending our using this company again. They did offer to buy us an anniversary cake and bottle of Champagne but we did not want freebies, we just want them to take more care when working at such a memorable event.
