Seriously so good!…read more Our first time trying this new all vegan food truck by accidentally being at Natural Grocers at the right time. As far as I know, they've been parking the truck there on Sundays from 12pm-4pm. We ordered one of each other the offerings on their menu because we wanted to try them all out. They have three different options, two of which come with vegan meat substitutes. You can get any of the three options as tacos or as a burrito. We ordered the "Attack-a-Original" as a burrito and the Attack-a-Red and Attack-a-Green as tacos. All were extremely good, flavors seriously on point. They range in spiciness from the original being mild and the green being the spiciest. All the ingredients taste fresh and they use authentic spices and seasonings. Tacos come in orders of three and are decent size (I got full after two) and the burrito is large as well. I'm so impressed with this place that I definitely will go back. Vegan or not, you'll like these tacos. They also serve Mexican coffee and Horchata!

I liked the rojo and verde but they had other kinds too. Any place with good birria tacos will make me a fan, and they have me! The consommé was rich and the cheese plentiful. My husband loved the street tacos. They don't have drinks but they have aguas frescas and horchata. The horchata was so good I didn't really even miss having a marg with my tacos. Service was quick and so great. We had the food delivered to the table and when I went up to order a churro at the end, they didn't even have me wait in line for it, they just put the order in and said I could pay on the way out. I loved that since it's an order and pay at the counter situation. Loved the decor and the casual vibes, and I seriously love that the mascot is a cute pup, they have a picture of them behind the counter!

We came here after discovering that O'Leaver's next door no longer serves food, despite what their…read moreonline presence says. This turned out to be fortuitous, since we had excellent Mexican food at the tiny El Churro storefront. It's very cheerful inside, a direct contrast to the bar next door, and as it happens, El Churro can deliver their food next door if you want adult beverages. We opted to stay put. The menu is easy to read, posted in large print across the front of the ordering counter. There's also a chalkboard listing specials. I opted for a bowl, and Big Bro went with a quesabirria plate of 3 tacos. He pronounced it "muy delicioso" but thought it a bit overpriced for the serving size. I ordered a bowl which had rice, beans, lettuce, crema, and a choice of protein. I chose sweet potato as my protein, even though it is a carb, but it fitted in deliciously with the other ingredients. It may have also had tomato and cilantro. I thought it was great. Big Bro had horchata, and I opted for water but there's also a cold drinks case with soda and bottled water. Even though it's called El Churro and there are several varieties of churros, we decided not to indulge. There's a serve-yourself bin of warm tortilla chips with four different kinds of sauces going from very mild to very hot. We discovered this on our way out, so Big Bro grabbed a basket to go. They also have a burger on the menu that appears to be an add-on homage to O'Leaver's. I recommend skipping the bar next door and coming here instead.

Everything we have ordered here is yummy and they give you this cool tray that goes around the cup to prevent over spillage. The employees that work here are always kind and quick with service. They also offer suggestions if you are having trouble deciding what you want. My go to is pineapple with snow cap (I think here they call it vanilla cream). My kids love tigers blood and princess which is a mix of vanilla, strawberry, and blue raspberry. There are a few tables placed near the truck with napkin dispensers if you choose to sit and hang out. I feel like they have a pretty steady flow of customers but I have never had to wait too long to place or receive our order. Of course again I forgot pictures but next trip I will be sure to update!!

With the original owning family? 5-star all the way…read more May 27th, 2026? Not. Ordered two cones. As soon as they were below the rim of the cup, there was plain white ice shavings - no flavoring for the other 50% or so of the cone! I went back up and said something to an employee about this. I mentioned how the previous owners (as far as I recall and observed) layered the flavoring so that it was throughout. The employee said they put it on top and sometimes it doesn't go all the way down. She didn't seem to care about the (implied) suggestion to layer the cones. It was more like "this is how we do it". Well, if that's how you do it and you're not interested in improving your product for your customers to at least bring it back to the standards that existed before you owned this business, then I won't be back. Waste of money at that point. The lady did offer to add more flavor. We shouldn't have to go back up and ask for two cones to get flavor for 50% of the cones. Having worked in the food industry, I also question if it would be legal with the health department to take customer-touched food back to the work area. We threw out half our cones. If I wanted unflavored ice, I would have simply made chipped ice using the fridge at my house. I hope you'll take the suggestion (yes, this is a suggestion to layer the flavoring throughout) to improve the product for your customer.

I first tried their Puffy Greek Steak Tacos, which consisted of a fried tortilla shell with steak and a feta cheese salad mixture, that was to die for. Very well done and presented. Next I had their Philly steak Quesadilla, which was not disappointing also. Hard to mess up a Quesadilla, but this was above average in taste and texture. Glad I made the trip today, check their facebook page for location and daily menu. They have maybe 10 menu items, but only serve 5 of those in a given day.

La Casa is possibly "Omaha style" pizza at its finest. This means square pieces of pie on thin,…read moreslightly crispy crust. Well, if you read the history of the restaurant on the wall at their brick-and-mortar location on Leavenworth Street, La Casa claims this is Sicilian style pizza. Maybe it is, but for those who grew up in Omaha and have chomped down their fair share of pizza during travels across the land, we know there is no substitute for a couple good slices -- no, squares -- of La Casa's famous pizza. And now they've brought their comfort food to a curbside near you. I have to admit, of all the restaurants out there launching food trucks, I never expected La Casa to be one of them. But they did. And did it right. Their truck is shiny and new with a limited menu of favorites from their restaurants, from meatball subs to toasted ravioli to a few varieties of pizza, plus gelato for dessert. I stumbled upon them in the parking lot in Benson on a Wednesday night. Starving, I was. Pizza, I had to have. So for $5, I ordered two squares, one sausage and one four cheese. As I took my first bite, I was transported back to a dimly lit dining room in a house converted to a restaurant on Leavenworth street. A few bites later, it was all gone and I was sad and alone sitting on my living room couch. That's the one piece of advice I have -- order more than two squares. Definitely add some onion rings or toasted ravioli or else you'll still be hungry. I mean can you remember the last time you stopped eating after putting down just two squares of La Casa pizza? No, you chomped down half the pie, and you know it.

The pasta sauce is straight from a jar and has an artificial taste. The meatballs are frozen NOT made in-house, despite being falsely presented as homemade during the trial tasting for events. This has been nothing but misleading, unprofessional, and dishonest from start to finish.
