I liked the rojo and verde but they had other kinds too. Any place with good birria tacos will make me a fan, and they have me! The consommé was rich and the cheese plentiful. My husband loved the street tacos. They don't have drinks but they have aguas frescas and horchata. The horchata was so good I didn't really even miss having a marg with my tacos. Service was quick and so great. We had the food delivered to the table and when I went up to order a churro at the end, they didn't even have me wait in line for it, they just put the order in and said I could pay on the way out. I loved that since it's an order and pay at the counter situation. Loved the decor and the casual vibes, and I seriously love that the mascot is a cute pup, they have a picture of them behind the counter!

We came here after discovering that O'Leaver's next door no longer serves food, despite what their…read moreonline presence says. This turned out to be fortuitous, since we had excellent Mexican food at the tiny El Churro storefront. It's very cheerful inside, a direct contrast to the bar next door, and as it happens, El Churro can deliver their food next door if you want adult beverages. We opted to stay put. The menu is easy to read, posted in large print across the front of the ordering counter. There's also a chalkboard listing specials. I opted for a bowl, and Big Bro went with a quesabirria plate of 3 tacos. He pronounced it "muy delicioso" but thought it a bit overpriced for the serving size. I ordered a bowl which had rice, beans, lettuce, crema, and a choice of protein. I chose sweet potato as my protein, even though it is a carb, but it fitted in deliciously with the other ingredients. It may have also had tomato and cilantro. I thought it was great. Big Bro had horchata, and I opted for water but there's also a cold drinks case with soda and bottled water. Even though it's called El Churro and there are several varieties of churros, we decided not to indulge. There's a serve-yourself bin of warm tortilla chips with four different kinds of sauces going from very mild to very hot. We discovered this on our way out, so Big Bro grabbed a basket to go. They also have a burger on the menu that appears to be an add-on homage to O'Leaver's. I recommend skipping the bar next door and coming here instead.

I called ahead and he ensured he could take care of our group. The food was incredible. Everyone loved it. The sauces might be the best part! And the flan was so delicious. I will definitely be visiting the food truck that's closer to my area, but will gladly make the drive to Bellevue for this food.

The burrito was really good and definitely my favorite out of the two dishes. We also tried the torta with carne asada, lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado, and jalapeños. What surprised me was that it also had a slice of sandwich ham in it, which I thought was a little different but interesting. The torta was still good, but I personally preferred the burrito. Definitely worth trying if you're craving Mexican food that actually fills you up instead of making you question your life choices 20 minutes later.

After looking at the menus at each of the food trucks, I decided to try Javi's. Lot of good choices on the menu, but I went with the Street Taco Platter. They let choose the meats for each taco, so I had one chicken, one steak and one ground beef. Service was fast and friendly. I am half Mexican and grew up in California, so I have high expectations for tacos. Javi's tacos were amazing by any standard. Hot, fresh, with quality meat and just the right amount of cilantro. And I got to enjoy them while listening to live music from one of the Portchfest performers.

Snagged this from DoorDash and these are by far the best street tacos I've ever had in Omaha! I loved that they added cooked onion on the side with tons of limes! The best tasting carne asada ever! These tacos are so good! I HATE spicy food so I was scared about trying it but do not worry if you're not a spicy fan like me, everything was normal and not spicy and they just give you the options of the salsas for heat! First time I tried a torta and WOW, probably because the carne asada was so good from here in general but I was so impressed. The only thing I would skip is the rice and beans, my beans were very soupy and watery and overall no need for them. Just stick to the tacos and tortas! Im definitely going to be ordering again and recommend everyone also tries this truck if you're able to!! Also grab a pina drink! Very good. Best tacos in Omaha!

I ordered the chicken vindaloo and the gobi Manchurian. The chicken vindaloo had really good spices and flavor. The chicken however was a bit on the dry side. Now the Gobi Manchurian made all the difference. It was cooked to order. Spicy with a little crunch (I ordered take-out, so it may have been crunchier had it not had a lid and condensation). First time trying it and I will definitely try to make my own version since there's no Indian cuisine in my area. I'm happy I stopped by. I would gladly return in the future when I'm in town. Highly recommend if you like Indian or just want to try something new.

Nothing over the top and nothing bad just normal good. My dish had zero spice level to it so it was easy to eat, though I do not mind a little bit of spice but this had none. I do wish they gave you a couple pieces of naan nstead of one. I would prefer two pieces of naan over just one and maybe two potato balls instead of three. Those potato balls were pretty basic as well. I got the $16 large meal bowl so it came with my entrée, a side, and a drink which was fair. I also added on a small order of those sweet dessert balls, which I have always enjoyed. Service was very fast so I was in and out when I ordered at the inside counter. Overall I would rate my meal 7/10.
