It gives you more textural components and keeps the tortilla from getting soggy. The service was really good. He was polite, quick, and made sure everything was done to meet my requests. The place also looked very clean and they had a ton of drink (alcohol and non-alcohol) options beyond just the Pepsi products. If you are in the area, I'd recommend giving them a try.

How about a white cheese, that is NOT greasy and doesn't upset the stomach. Their menu doesn't say what kind of cheese and I failed to ask, but never again with the cheddar cheese ones (ack). I may have been able to salvage to meal with the salsa on the side, however it was about 1 teaspoon, what am I going to do with that? However, I'm going to chalk it up to a bad day, maybe fulfilling a large order for a local business was a bit much and therefore the flavors were off.
