My emails were not returned, my phone calls were not answered, my messages were not returned. We were ghosted and our deposit was lost. We messaged asking that our deposit be returned and finally received a message that they would return it. Unfortunately, they did not and we had to dispute the charge. The lack of communication was unbelievable. We believe they did not have a license. If they would have just reached out and explained we would have understood, but they left us running around trying to find another company to use for our picnic.
