We visited Tri Tip Trolley at the Rohnert Park Tree Lighting festivities last night, and…read moreunfortunately my tri tip was extremely disappointing. The meat was tough, not tender or juicy, and the seasoning was overwhelmingly peppery without any real flavor of its own. The only taste that stood out came from the BBQ sauce. I was honestly shocked at how tough the meat was, almost as if it had been reheated in a microwave. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but this was such a letdown, especially at a festive community event. On a positive note, my husband ordered the chicken wrap and he really enjoyed it, flavorful, well-prepared, and satisfying. Overall, I would have given 2.5 stars, but since that isn't an option so I rounded up to 3.

We didn't get to eat much of it because we were too busy being the bride & groom, but they actually sent us with like 5 extra pizza to take home after! That was super generous, maybe they could tell that we didn't get to eat much, or maybe it was just "extra" based on what we paid for. We especially appreciated the unique variety of toppings & combinations they provided, which our guests loved. For reference, we had a smaller party which was the minimum amount of guests that they do, about 45-50 people. They arrived early & had everything ready, great service & a very unique & fun addition to our wedding reception. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Classic late summer weather, warm with fans rolling, and a split order of the rich Enchilada Suiza and a mole enchilada on the back patio. You'll first order inside, then move to sit outside where the food is delivered to your table. You'd think Northern California would routinely offer up consistently great Mexican food, but we've found the good stuff can be harder to find than you might expect. El Molino Central has it.

The food comes out fresh and quickly. They have good management of when to take orders and when to slow it down so it won't be backed up. (I've been watching a lot of The Great Food Truck Race.) The food itself was pretty large portions! I'd say it's enough to split between two meals. This time I ordered the shrimp tacos, avocado fries, and the horchata. I liked the shrimp tacos. The avocado fries were a touch salty for my taste. And the horchata was a nice level of sweetness I am interested in trying Heritage Eats if I'm in Napa.

The only pro is that the burritos are GIANT. Like, giant. Which I guess they should be since it was $45 for two pastor burritos and a chicken quesadilla. Well, that and the staff were nice. It's not really Mexican food. It's like if somebody who had never had Mexican food tried to make Mexican food. Mediocre at absolute best. The chicken was slightly better than the weirdly sweet pastor. Cash only in 2026 is also very, very annoying.

Dear lord... me and the rest of the customers all around me had a horrible experience. Our beepers would falsely go off, we go up to collect food, they tell us false alarm and keep waiting. No sorry, no apologies, no update when the food was gonna be there.. No explanation, nothing. The cashier at one point started laughing when another woman asked how much longer. There were dozens of people waiting so so long. I WAITED AT AN HOUR FOR 2 TACOS AND A QUESADILLA. I should have just asked for my money back. Customer service did not exist here today, such a bummer. I get it's a taco truck not a restaurant, but At least tell the customers if you were having some kind of issue. No one said anything to us except for the "turn your buzzer off it's not ready". Or offer something to compensate. Nothing. And an HOUR for tacos and a fricken quesadilla is diabolical. Do better.
