There were dozens of people waiting so so long. I WAITED AT AN HOUR FOR 2 TACOS AND A QUESADILLA. I should have just asked for my money back. Customer service did not exist here today, such a bummer. I actually worked drive thru once upon a time, and as long as the speaker is working you CAN hear the person on the other side. The fact that you can't hear them is probably because you're distracted or there is issues with the speaker. When I did drive thru our boss used to remind us constantly to be nice to customers especially drive thru since they're just trying to get in and out. ALSO fun fact if the speaker is having issues you let the customer know instead of being rude.
