I had difficulty picking one. They were all very beautiful bedroom sets and exactly what I was looking for according to the color . I ended up picking a bedroom set . The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. A good portion of the store is dedicated to these specialty items right now. I did a quick loop and grabbed some World Market brand olives (they're great) along with some seasonal candies to use as small presents since I don't always get the chance to shop without my significant other. I decided not to go overboard this visit and went to the checkout. It was a Tuesday afternoon, but I think they must not have had enough employees in for the day because there was one poor employee at the register with a line of people. It looks like they have capacity for six check out stations but only had the one open. I ended up spending more time in line than I did shopping and made the mistake of picking up a couple more items near the checkout line without having a basket to hold them. Next time I'll grab a basket. Overall it's a nice store with a large selection, just be ready to wait in line for a while.

In the Sacramento area there are two locations with this being one of them. The other is in downtown Sacramento. Parking in that regard is much better at the Fountains since Wear Elm's building is on the peripheral right there with its own parking lot. Several handicapped parking spaces right in front. I personally don't recall any issues with customer service at the shop. I've been a customer for quite awhile having bought bedding, kitchen serving ware, and living room furniture ( with home delivery). But this place can get busy on the weekends and as par for the course now days in retail; they might not have enough staff to accommodate the occasional influx of customers. So customers may have to wait for individualized immediate attention. I understand that.
