I could already see several things I'll be returning to shop for! The primary reason for my positive review, however, is the fantastic customer service we received from Priya. We were there to view plants recommended by our landscape contractor and explore other possibilities. Our contractor will ultimately be purchasing from this location on our behalf, so we were simply shopping the options. That didn't deter Priya from willingly walking us around and serving as our "tour guide" for the recommended plants on our list. She was incredibly knowledgeable, supremely friendly, and genuinely eager to assist--despite the fact that our visit wasn't going to result in an immediate sale. She definitely knew her way around the "yard"--she instantly knew the location of every plant we inquired about. Green Acres is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee! Aside from the order our contractor will be placing, we will absolutely be returning for future purchases as we complete a very comprehensive overhaul of our yard. The furniture looks great, and there are several decorative items that might find a new home with us! Thank you, Priya--you're a stellar representative for Green Acres!!!

I had a very frustrating experience when purchasing a houseplant from this store. At no point while…read moreshopping did I see any signs stating that houseplants are non-refundable. When I went through checkout, the cashier also did not mention that the plant could not be returned. About an hour later, I returned to the store because I needed to return the plant, and that's when I was told that houseplants are not refundable. The employee pointed out that the policy was printed on the receipt. Unfortunately, that does not help customers because the receipt is only given after the purchase has already been completed. By then, it is too late to make an informed decision. If this policy is important, there should be clear signs displayed in the plant section and at the register. Customers should also be verbally informed during checkout, especially since cashiers can sometimes forget to mention it. Better communication would prevent confusion and save customers from wasting time and money. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and hope the store improves how it communicates its return policy in the future.

I could spend days in the store because there is so much selections. They have it ALL!!! Ribbon, lights, garland, ornaments, trees, decor, outside decor.....EVERYTHING!!! Prices range from super affordable to extravagant. There's something for every budget. And they have great sales to sweeten the pot! For 10 years we have been going here for Christmas ornaments. As a family we each pick out an ornament that calls to us. Actually it started at their sister store but that one is no longer open. The quality of their products have us driving over the hill into California because we know we will find the perfect items for our Christmas tree. When you go there just know you may be there for some time. It's definitely a dream for those of us that love Christmas. PS: if you aren't looking for Christmas the have the best outdoor furniture you can find!!! When I am in the market I'll definitely be coming here to set up my outdoor living space.

I would go to multiple furniture stores, and I would not see any bed sets that I liked. The wood just wasn't right. I found this location on Yelp and I decided to go check it out . I am so glad I did at first when I walked in it just looked a little small like maybe they don't have a lot of furniture, but I got the pleasure to meet with Daniel he guided me and said that they have multiple bedroom sets. So what he did he showed me a lot of books filled with all the furniture that they have. I had a seat and I looked at all the books. There were so many of them that I actually liked. I had difficulty picking one. They were all very beautiful bedroom sets and exactly what I was looking for according to the color . I ended up picking a bedroom set . The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. Overall, if you're looking for any furniture, I definitely recommend this store. They have so many books you could look at they have so many furniture there anything you would want. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he was very helpful and he listened to all my needs. I am very satisfied with the furniture. I got here. I would definitely be back here again.

World Market is honestly one of my favorite stores because they have such a huge variety of things you normally wouldn't find at a regular store. They had everything from unique candy and snacks to different cooking oils and even hand soap in a bag, which honestly blew my mind. I especially enjoy checking out all the unusual snack and candy flavors they carry. Half the fun of coming here is just walking around and seeing what you can find. This location had the same fun feel as the other World Markets I've visited, and the staff was nice as well. Overall, our little side quest was a success. We found our candy and a few unexpected extras along the way. Definitely a fun stop before the movies!

In the Sacramento area there are two locations with this being one of them. The other is in downtown Sacramento. Parking in that regard is much better at the Fountains since Wear Elm's building is on the peripheral right there with its own parking lot. Several handicapped parking spaces right in front. I personally don't recall any issues with customer service at the shop. I've been a customer for quite awhile having bought bedding, kitchen serving ware, and living room furniture ( with home delivery). But this place can get busy on the weekends and as par for the course now days in retail; they might not have enough staff to accommodate the occasional influx of customers. So customers may have to wait for individualized immediate attention. I understand that.

And it's also a Fusion mineral paint distributor with a great selection in-store, plus the option to purchase online. To help you learn how to get the most from your furniture paint purchase, they offer classes in the back of their beautiful store. I took a Painting 101 class with Mary, the owner, and she was a terrific teacher. Here's what I loved: FAIR PRICING: I had been looking for a class and saw them offered at $65 to $95, so her fee of $75 was very competitive. The difference was that I could use the class to paint my own item, if I liked, rather than just try techniques on wood boards, as some do. All supplies were included in the 3-hour class. APPROACHABLE STYLE: Answered questions patiently and thoroughly, demonstrated techniques and tricks, and offered advice while STILL asking your personal project preferences on color, wax use, distress level, etc. She was generous with her time and expertise -- which just makes me want to give her more business. This is exactly the kind of local, small business that you want to see thrive. It's a go-to stop for me -- whether shopping for a gift or doing a painting project.
