When our furniture was delivered the delivery team made quick work of delivering and setting up everything. They asked me my preferences and arranged the furniture exactly how I wanted it. We also ordered a pizza oven and we were not sure how we would get it over the unpaved path to the backyard. We thought we might need to hire a crane, but these guys figured out a way and they did a great job! I called one of the California Backyard stores. They told me they don't have parts but gave me the phone number for the Warehouse as well as the email address. It was Friday afternoon on Valentine's day so I didn't expect to get a response back but I tried. I ended up sending pictures of the broken part to the email address. Within half an hour Breezy Martin responded asking me for my serial number of my tub so she could look up the exact part. When I emailed back, I also gave my phone number and shortly after she called me and told me they may actually have the part in stock, in spite of my tub being discontinued. She told me she would have to go into the warehouse to see if she could track it down. It would probably be about 20 minutes and they close in an hour and a half. Five minutes later, got back with the news they did indeed have the part. I was able to drive the 1/2 hour out to the warehouse, got the part and back on the road in time to avoid the holiday traffic. At the Warehouse, I was able to speak with the gentleman who does their service calls. He gave me a few pointers to pass on to my husband so my husband could do the repair himself. Our hot tub was back up and running the next day thanks to California Backyard and their amazing staff who went out of their way to help me!

We bought a really beautiful, realistic 7-foot pre-lit tree in 2023. We immediately noticed that the top tier has less lighting than the other tiers. So, the top looks weirdly dark compared to the rest of the tree when lit up. We contacted them to see about a replacement. We were told that our model was sold out, but we should contact them in 2024 when they were stocked for Christmas again. We did contact them this past November and we were finally told after numerous phone calls that due to the number and length of branches in various tree sections their manufacturer isn't able to make the lights uniform throughout the whole tree. So, a replacement tree would look exactly the same. They suggested that we purchase our own separate set of regular tree lights for the top section, but they can't be connected to the original lights so we wouldn't be able to use the remote control and the fun light effects. We asked multiple times to return the tree for a refund, but they refused. It was suggested that WE should have noticed the faulty lighting on the floor model in the showroom...during the daytime...with the display trees parked side by side just inside floor to ceiling glass windows...backlit by the sun. Their website boasts that they have designed and manufactured their own trees for 30 years so they are fully aware of this lighting issue. California Backyard does have beautiful, realistic trees. We loved one of their large pre-lit trees for many years before we decided that a smaller tree was in order so that's why we checked them out again. If you decide to shop there for an $800 tree like we did I suggest you do so on a cloudy day so it's not too bright in the showroom. Really take the time to evaluate the lighting on the trees before taking one home. Buyer beware - once you buy that tree it is yours forever!

We went on a Saturday so we could get face painting, fun balloons, petting animals and Snowie King! However......we found out after waiting around that the face painting wasn't coming, the petting animals never showed and Snowie King wasn't open. Big bummer! My little was sad....but we did get a fun balloon! They do have a large variety of pumpkins. All sizes and colors go pick from! And lots of photo ops.

There was also a little play area in the back with a fenced off area and two alpacas hanging out! There are a ton of pumpkins to purchase and they're also displayed so nicely with lots of photo ops. In fact, there are staff people standing around ready to take group pics. My family and I loved this easy breezy pumpkin patch experience. We left with 4 little pumpkins for $5!

Dog friendly, special events, I have done special orders through them if they didn't have a plant in stock. I love taking foster dogs and our personal dogs to their nurseries where we can see other humans at a distance and their staff are trained to follow directions around new dogs which is a huge help. ‍ Five stars for Green Acres Nursery. It was far less than the bed we got last year that just wasn't cutting it (fully loaded tempurpedic). This bed is amazing and I wake up every day loving how I feel. We even had a great conversation he was super helpful. I thought delivery was going cost a lot as well but it was free delivery . Coming in was the best decision I could of me made it was easy from beginning to end delivery was free. He was super helpful and my mattress got delivered right away. I definitely recommend this location and thank you to the person who helped me. He was so helpful. He sons loves his comfy mattress we are both satisfied.
