The fajita combo and burrito were also flavorful and I would recommend that anyone near the beach come get ya some and you won't be disappointed. I will say that the lighting was a little bright and I prefer a little more ambiance in the evening, so please dim them down just a little bit to enhance the experience of the guests.

Wow. A surprising place. Almost all Mexican restaurants I go to around the country are great but a…read morevery few are not. This was maybe the most pointless place to go to. I arrived right at 12:30 and 40 minutes later my simple order was given even though there was not many people in there to hold the restaurant up. Also those chips and salsa were serious maybe raw or old. I've never had a chip that yucky. When my simple easy order of tacos finally showed up the corn taco holder was old and yucky too. Then I took a bite but the flavor of the tacos was actually pretty gross too. I got to watch another customer near me that seemed to be having the same miserable experience too at his table alone.

I tried their Quesabirrias with the shredded lamb, outstanding! Comes with some consume, onions and cilantro for toppings. I also tried their version of a Chilli Rellenos stuffed with chicken and cheese with cheese sauce over the poblano. Not sure if the menu should name it something else because unlike the classic recipe there was no egg batter coating on it. Maybe stuffed poblanos would be a more fitting name. It was pretty tasty regardless. Overall it was a great dining experience. Need to try other menu items next time and would highly recommend giving them a try!

There are also two different sauces to drizzle on if you like. Admittedly, the naked picaditas on a styrofoam plate wasn't the most visually aesthetic thing for someone who lives by the "camera eats first" rule so I dressed them up before their photo-op. All three were SO GOOD but if I had to pick a favorite it'd have to be the cachete! They just opened up a few days ago so I'm not sure if they'll do away with the styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery but honestly, who cares when the food is amazing! The food here is absolutely awful, and the customer service is even worse…read more I stopped in for dinner for a take-out order. I ordered the torta with carnitas, and a taco with carne asada. This is basic cuisine, nothing fancy, and a good restaurant should be able to get the basics right. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The taco was tiny, with extremely little meat on it, a couple flakes of cilantro, and two radishes. The radishes aside (not a traditional part of tacos), the taco itself seemed incomplete. It was far overpriced for a taco, dreadful in its composure, and was nothing like the description or the pictures. The torta bread was thick and starting to go stale. The carnitas inside were dry and hard like pellets, absolutely unpalatable. They offered spicy salsa, but instead included a few tomato slices and jalapeno slices, which is not the same thing as a salsa. I got a few bites in and wound up having to stop, despite how hungry I was. I tried to reach out to their management, and didn't receive any kind of response, either via phone or via a message on Facebook. It's as if the management just doesn't care. This place should be ashamed to call itself a taqueria, and I encourage you to go literally anywhere else to at least be able to get edible food.
