After that 1 bite of their brownie, we were HOOKED! That brownie was probably the best I've ever had in my life. The texture was ooey gooey fudge like with still a slight cakeiness to hold it together, big, high quality chocolate chunks, and not overly sweet. I still dream about that brownie to this day! I just wish they could expand this bakery to the USA because this place would win over the hearts of many! What's even cooler is that they sold their own cookbook with a lot of their recipes inside. We tried their brownies, and knew we immediately had to buy some to take home! Perfect in texture, and not annoyingly too sweet, the chocolate chip brownie was a perfect afternoon pick-me-up. They had other goodies like cakes and such that we didn't try, but we'd love to visit again when in town!
