Arome you amaze me! Trying their honey butter toasted milk bread was on my to-do list while visiting London, and it did not disappoint! It was actually one of my top 3 eats of the entire trip. The bakery is clean and run really efficiently. There are limited dine-in spots, so expect a line to sit down (no line for carry out!). There are also benches outside to eat on if you do opt for carrying out. In addition to the honey butter toast, I also tried a pesto and tomato cheesy croissant, which was good but nothing to write home about. Their ube rice pudding was also ok, a little on the drier and pastier side. Overall, I would highly recommend Arome and can't say enough about their honey butter toast!!

    Array of pastries

The pastries are hard to pick just one! My friend and I came on a Sunday afternoon and had to stand in a line outside before they let us in. Everything we ordered was delicious, probably has a lot of butter in the pastry. The line moves quickly but there is very limited seating. The bakery is kind of tucked away but if you follow your maps, you'll find it on a corner. I'd come back again if I was in the area.

Found this one through TikTok and it was so worth checking out. Went back for another honey butter toast. It's busy but the service is still fairly quick and friendly.

if michelin had stars for bakeries, i would give this place one. the best pastries i've ever had. a western take on asian bakery items. saw that their daily special was a coconut bun so i grabbed that with their famous egg tart. coconut bun has a light caramelized crisp exterior, and the inside is an extremely soft, chewy brioche. light hints of coconut with every bite - i do think if you are a huge coconut fan though, you probably think the coconut isn't strong enough. but i'm not a big coconut person so i thought it was perfect! egg tart. the size is generous hence its 5£. a crust that holds up the creamy custard the whole time. it did not break during the last few bites. wow. crust is crunchy, flaky, not oily (i got it in a takeout box and not much oil spots after 2 hrs). the filling texture was what separates it apart from traditional HK tarts. it's more creamy and silky, less custardy. a mousse-like crème texture that is thick enough to hold its form. outside of the bakery smelled like pure butter, but surprising both items didn't feel too buttery / heavy - i wanted to go back before my flight but the line was too long. life changing pastries. i enjoyed every single bite of both items. i will dream about this place. it is THAT delectable

Such a lovely bakery with delicious croissants. The almond one was to die for! This bakery is only open on certain days of the week so plan ahead. Highly recommend because this place is such a treat and my first bite put me in a great mood for the rest of the day

Amazing bakery with unique flavors. We definitely went overboard walking in and planning to get one pastry each, but walked out with five. As we were ordering our pastries, a new one would catch our eye and we just couldn't say no to one more. The menu rotates based on seasonal items, so you can be pleasantly surprised with new options!

Absolutely HUGE portions. I tried the egg tart and the caramel apple miso tart. Both were delicious!!! Will be back with an empty stomach.

Today I decide to take in Sweet, a boulangerie & patisserie in Exmouth Market. I have walked past…read moreSweet for at least a year and often admired the pastries, but just never had the time to go in. Today I made the time. When I entered Sweet I was greeted by the staff and quickly took in a few silver tables and several wooden tables with stools. I ordered a goat cheese pastry puff and cappuccino. I was a bit annoyed that rather than ring me up, allow me to sit down and bring me my cappuccino, I was made to stand and wait until my drink order was finished. As I sat down, there was a mini rush. I was glad to have a seat because Sweet wasn't meant to hold a large crowd. The goat cheese puff was good; with each bit I could taste the goat cheese, meaning there was lots of goat cheese, yummy. The puff also had large tomatoes and a bit of basil, which added a nice flavor. The crust was light and flaky and I am sure I would have enjoyed the puff even more if it had been served warm. The cappuccino was also very good, but had a bit too much foam and not enough liquid for my taste. I like just a bit of foam and lots of liquid, next time I will request it that way. Overall Sweet was not bad, I would visit again, but doubt that I'd make it my regular boulangerie.

Instead of the standard cinnamon, they had warming cardamom. Found this really delicious. Carrot Cake: A comfort standard. Lots of great creamy frosting. And nicely spiced cake.
