The combination of ube and matcha is unbelievably creamy, smooth, and rich without being overly sweet. The ube has that perfect nutty vanilla-like flavor with a deep, authentic taste, while the matcha is earthy, bold, and balanced beautifully. Swirling the two together makes every bite even better. What really stands out is the texture it was light, fluffy, and silky soft serve that melts perfectly. The flavors taste fresh and premium, not artificial at all. The presentation is also gorgeous, making it almost too pretty to eat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staffs make the experience even better. They also serve bubble milk teas, Dubai chocolate cup and more!! They even have a pretty mirror to take picture with

Not really sure why it took that long, but it was definitely frustrating just standing there. We eventually ordered four cones (ube and matcha)...and giving credit where it's due, the ice cream itself is still very good. It's creamy, flavorful, and consistent with what we had on a previous visit. That said, the portions felt off this time. The cones didn't seem as full, and what really stood out was that each one had a noticeable hollow center -- almost like the middle was missing. Sign. For $9 a cone, that just shouldn't happen. Last time I was here, it felt like a 5-star spot. This visit? Not there at all. Still good ice cream, but between the wait and the portion issues, it didn't live up to the price.

Worst ice cream place in town! I have no idea why it's summer and they have not been open since 2…read moreyears ago in summer. Why? Idk, but I am trying to find out I have a theory that they have might of sold drugs or some stuff like that. Not bringing out any offence tho. Also, if you are never opening again, let something else better take its place! When I have went, there were like 5 to 6 flavours and a few toppings... not to lie the ice cream or yogurt was not the WORST but it was not the BEST. I would not recommend this yogurt place anytime anywhere and I would never go again. But if you are thinking of going... you can't because it is closed!! Well I hope you got something out of this.. bye!

So I have been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt because they are new in town and…read morewithin walking distance of my home. But.... After four attempts I think I might be giving up on them. The first time we went they were extremely disorganized, didn't even know where lids and bags were for a to go order, and the frozen yogurt was overpriced and underwhelming. The second visit, the place was about 100 degrees! The last thing you want is to walk into a HOT ice cream place where both the frozen yogurt and all the toppings are melting. Apparently they hadn't vented the place properly and were then closed for the next two days to fix the problem. The third visit proved pretty good and uneventful so I regained hope that maybe they were getting it together. Until yesterday....I pull up to the place with my son, the lights are on, the OPEN sign is flashing in the window, the front door is open so we walk in. We are then told by someone holding a hose of some kind that they are closed! Maybe turn off the flashing open sign then? Quite annoying to then have to put a disappointed child back in the car and drive over to 16 handles. Bottom line: The people who run this shop are very very nice and I believe are trying hard to get this business going. But opening up before necessary things are done in the place, and being sporadically closed to fix these things is going to cost them a lot of customers. The yogurt isn't anything special or different from the other two places right in town, except that they actually offer a lot less choices. It is easier to go to one of those where you know what you're gonna get and they'll be OPEN!

I ordered a hot…read moreoatmeal bowl with strawberries, blueberries, sliced almonds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs and nutella. The oatmeal was plain but the toppings sweetened it up. Super filling and satiating. My friend ordered the Nutelloco coconut bowl with half pitaya, which was not an up charge! The bowl included banana, blueberry flax granola, strawberry, coconut flakes cacao nibs, Nutella and she added extra mango. Although she paid for extra mango, it did not make it on to her fruit bowl. We were offered a $3 credit to a playa bowl member account but we are not members. We do not have an account with playa bowl, we chose guest check out. They said they could not refund online orders and we would have to come back to the store for them to remake a new bowl. By that point we were already at work so that was not an option. We currently have no resolution to this issue. I placed an order ahead of time (literally at 3am from their website) and had no issues with the pickup or the order being ready on time. Pickup was smooth, seamless and pleasant. The atmosphere makes you feel like you walked into a store on the shore. Very beach inspired, colorful and fun. TIP- The website does not list if the oatmeal is hot or not but when placing an online order there is a "special note" section where you can request the oatmeal to be warm.

(Queso fresco) It's an Ecuadorian company with a number of locations in the NYC area. I saw online that they're open until 10 p.m. every night. Love to see that, too many places close early these days. After dinner, I headed back to give it a shot. The cafe is clean, bright and large with a good amount of seating. My wife and I arrived a bit after 8 on a Sunday and found seating, as we sat the place filled in. I ordered the magica sundae. Two flavors of ice cream, peaches, strawberries, whipped cream, and a glorious amount of queso fresco. (Fresh grated soft cheese) I had the chocolate and blueberry (mora) ice cream and they went perfectly with the sundae. Staff was pleasant and professional. Really glad to have this excellent dessert option in the area!

When we asked if we could order, we were completely ignored, not even a simple "someone will be with you soon." When we finally did order, the girl helping us seemed very distracted and came off as rude. Customer service is so important to a business, I work with customers every day and always try to leave a positive impression, so this experience stood out in a bad way. They also forgot part of our order and we had to go back to get it, and while we were there two employees (one wearing glasses and another younger girl) were talking behind us saying "well he should have reminded us that it was 4 orders," which was very unprofessional. On top of that, the ice cream I ordered didn't look anything like the menu, I even asked if it was supposed to look like that and it wasn't. I've been to other Bogati locations that were way better, so I wouldn't come back here.
