The customer service is excellent!!! The ambiance is so homy and nostalgic!!! The items are well curated. You can tell that these are so artsy and very unique. I will come back definitely when I visit San Francisco.

One of the better alternatives to the typical souvenir stores in Fisherman's Wharf

Lola San Francisco is a better alternative to the typical Fisherman's Wharf souvenir stores. Items are high quality and well curated.

Such a great little shop filled with tons of cute gifts. The best part is the history of the story of how the store came to be about. How the store was named after the owners grandma who raised him in the Philippines. "Lola" being the word for grandma. We picked up this book of Filipino Children Stories. They have many locations!

Cute little store, people are really nice and very helpful. It has lots of cool items you can buy and gift people. We are local to Bay Area but we rarely go to the City, we visited Ghirardelli factory and the plaza. I would definitely recommend people to stop by and get some gifts for friends or family. Items are reasonable price.

I've never been so happy for a barrage of questions at once. My sang at their interest on learning about half of who they are!

All the shops on Pier 39 were missing an essential for cold days... A BLANKET! For silly parents (like myself) who forget to pack something warm for the he baby stroller. BUT, I walked into this shop and was IN LOVE! They had some super original gift items...I wanted to buy every canvas tote bag! I wanted to buy the cute stationaries... I wanted all the little coffee table books and wall art! AND... they had a children's section with books, toys, clothes, and the item I'd searched for... a baby blanket! BUT, what really caught my eye and made me interested in supporting this store more was the Filipino stuff! Especially the children's books! What better way to teach my half Filipino babies about a part of themselves than with books. I read this book to my kids on the drive home. And they were so in to the book that they barrage me with questions. It made my heart sing seeing them take an interest on learning about half of who they are! I'm going to have to come back for the rest of the library! I know other reviews mentioned not so hospitable workers... but my experience on a Saturday afternoon was just the opposite! She greeted me once she saw me. She has the biggest and warmest smile got working in a tourist location. And she offered help if I was looking for anything in particular. We striked up a conversation about my family. She was so easy to talk to! I asked her about the store. And she told me that there are FOUR locations in SF! So... that means I have more options to support my !

Omg I absolutely love this place . Came across it while walking on the wharf saw a RBG book in the window and decided to check them out . There are so many super cute items inside ; upon walking on we were greeted by an super tall, warm and welcoming gentleman who gave us some background info on the store and it's owners; he was polite asked us questions recommended some really cool items and had a great sense of humor. There were a lot more items in there that caught my eye however I ended up getting a RBG book; a little baby book about Cancers and a RBG pin my husband came back and picked up some socks . The items in the store are reasonably priced and not like the other touristy places you see along the wharf ; super cute decor they have items for essentially anyone in your family. The gentleman was telling me that they have about 4-5 more shops all located in SF was bummed to hear nothing in the LA area; he did say that they would be more than happy to take phone calls with items that they have in store and ship it down to customers talk about great customer service ! I hope in the future they have an LA store ;pretty please !

They were saying the one in Giradelli was bigger because of the non compete clause in pier 39.

From funky, modern cookbooks to cute stuffed animals, purses, youthful and quirky women's clothes, beautiful silk scarves, and feminine jewelry (including real gold earrings!), to lots of fun cards for any occasion (including Jewish holidays, which is important to me!), socks with funny sayings on them, hipster aprons, soaps, candles, fun tchotchkes of all sorts, there's a LOT to delight in inside this wonderful store! I would call it WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE, because the entry is definitely accessible, and if anything isn't, the employees go out of their way to move things and make it accessible! Their attitudes in general are very friendly and helpful, as is that of the owner (it's a woman-owned store!). Therapy doesn't close until 7:30 pm, which gives you plenty of time to run in for a birthday card and gift after you leave work and are on your way to a friend's birthday party! Overall, Therapy is a fun, quirky, happy-feeling store, and I love that it's managed to survive the last few decades on Valencia St.!

The staff is friendly and the variety of bags and accessories is always exciting to browse through. I ended up getting the Black Medium Cargo Crossbody. It can fit a water bottle, my sunglass case, phone, wallet, keys, and more! It's a really good size and I was impressed at how much can fit in it. I also like that it was made our of recycled material. It was around $56, so the price point isn't that bad esp cause I know the quality is good. My only small complaint is that there aren't enough mirrors in the store--it can be tricky to see how a bag looks when you're wearing it. A few more mirrors would make the shopping experience even better. Still, a great store and I'll definitely be back!

I also adore their baby reusables, which are perfect for takeout food. I own several packing cubes and dopp kits--one for skincare and the other for makeup. While Baggu bags are on the pricier side, they're definitely worth it and last a long time. I'd say the prices are comparable to Cath Kidston, Vera Bradley, LeSportsac, and Kipling, but Baggu offers better designs at possibly a lower cost. I recently visited the store for my birthday, which was exciting since I've always purchased online through Facebook, Mercari, Depop, and Poshmark. I'm thrilled with my purchase! The staff were very helpful in applying my 10% off coupon for first-time email subscribers, and they assisted me in selecting the perfect placement for my bag--a detail I really appreciated. If you love Baggu, I highly recommend visiting their store, but be prepared--it's surprisingly small!
