This is my Go To workout studio! I have been coming here for multiple years now and have tried many…read moreof the classes they offer. My favorite is Tabata with Andy on Tuesdays at 7pm or Sundays at 8am. This is a very intensive class and is meant to make you sweat. Andy is so great at keeping the class motivated and making sure you are pushing yourself to be the best you can. The studio is always clean and well taken care of. They have cubbies to hold your stuff while you are in class and they keep the doors lock when someone isn't at the desk so you don't have to worry about anyone stealing it. They have extra mats, towels, and water for anyone who may have forgotten any gear. There are showers/changing rooms to use after the class is over. They offer amazing class packages and the price is very reasonable for a yoga studio. They also do not pressure you to buy huge memberships and run specials throughout the year that make the packages more affordable. I plan to continue coming here for many years and would love to see the studio grow!

They offer a variety of styles of classes that are described on their website but are best to experience firsthand to see which one (or ones, in my case since I like them all) you like. The studio has a fun sticker program where you can earn a free cup by trying one of each style of class so make sure and ask about that. Every teacher is great and I have not found one person there that isn't welcoming and encouraging no matter what level you are in with your yoga practice. My body has been my instrument my entire life. I was a professional dancer with Cinn Ballet in the seventies and have taught ballet and fitness my since 1981. I have had many injuries and therefore many massage therapists over the decades but none like Jo !!
